Where they are charging tip from customer every manager demand is 50 rs/- poor attitude I felt

Dull lighting, customer service is an absolute zero. Our rooms very not cleaned before we checked in. Layer of dust sitting on the floor, the table, chairs, tv, bed, mirror etc. Floor mats were horribly dirty. The sheets were downright heavily stained. The bathroom commodes were terribly stained. Please don't waste your money here.

Horrible Experience. Don't ever end up here. Even though i made an online payment in advance, the owner does not belive there is such an option!! They disturbed me in the middle of my sleep and started demanding money. I had to call the booking dot com call center and get things clarified which took an hour. The rooms are spacious but they have not cleaned the blankets or washrooms. The blanket had sambar smudge marks all over. They don't even offer you a bottle of water. There are no amenities whatsoever. I haf booked this place for a stopover for a night hault before going to waynad from blr. It did not serve the purpose at all.

Cockroaches, lizards was already in room.. bathroom was not cleaned...unhygienic bedspreads and bedsheet.. dustbin was not cleaned.... So on...

The lodge is at the entrance of Gundlupet. The rooms and the surroundings are extremely clean, facilities are really good and this place is an amazing value for money. Most of the tourist places are just a few kilometers from the lodge so that its comfortable to travel & rest. Overall nice ambiance, comfortable rooms, good facilities & is very economical.

We have taken dormitory for 10 peoples. It was really worth each bed costs 250 rs. It was value for money.

It's really good place for the budget. We got it for 920. The room we stayed in has separate bathroom and toilet.bathrooms are neat. Has TV. No drinking water available in the room.
