OYO 40046 Kmn Resort

For the Price we pay as room rent, this is one of the best stays we can get. Clean room, clean blankets, bed and pillows. Spacious rooms. There is a balcony as well. Easily accessible resort as it is along the Mysuru-Ooty highway. Food served from the restaurant is average. Otherwise I would've given 5 stars.

This property is located very near to bandipur national park. So if you want to visit the park early you can choose this. It's easily visible from main road even at night. Rooms are spacious and have ample wardrobes and dressing tables. The bathrooms are not that clean and you just have to manage. Food is average and you have to give specific instructions as what is required. Staff is not that well versed with hospitality and not much should be expected from them . It has a in house restaurant and Bar. Good from one night stay as we got good online discount. Do not expect much but it's economical and worth the price.

Pros: Neat & Basic property, Very close to Bandipur Forest Safari point. Got a restaurant with Veg and non veg food. Food is nice and reasonable Cons: Rooms little old and can work on to keep it more clean and tidy

worst resort.. there is no menu at first place.. the waiter took order. then came back twice saying that the items are not there.. litterally no item was there other than dal and roti.. i would have given 0 star if that option was there. the hotel people need to learn how to make customers happy.

Room are fine for staying.. Food quality is really very poor. The food quantity is very limited. You have to ask them for the tissue papers, spoons, water for serving. They only have 2 dishes , not much on the table.For eating one can try for other places like CCD Gundlupete, Or serai restaurant in Bandipur.which was an excellent food to eat.

One of the worst resorts I have ever seen. I will not give even 1 star for this resort. We (5 families) went there in the midnight of 20/10/15 and checked-out in the morning. The rooms were very badly maintained. The bucket and jug, the sanitary fittings and the floor in the bathroom were extremely dirty and were stinking. The doors and windows had no proper locks. Anyone need to enter your room, can just bang the door and come in because the inner locks are broken. Most of the rooms have direct power connection, which means you can switch everything ON without even inserting the key in the socket. Our 3 rooms were of that sort and the staff falsely claimed that the keys were given when we checked-in, when they had just opened the rooms and took back the keys. When we explained during check-out that the keys were not given, the whole staff abused us and threatened. Because we were families, we helplessly paid them Rs.2,000/- as penalty for the keys, which we had never even seen. We didn't even got a receipt for it. They didn't even give us a receipt for the room rent we paid. The staff told us that they don't give receipts or bills. Think 100 times before even entering this resort, whatever is your requirement. It is a very risky property. You will end up repenting. The staff is very very arrogant and unprofessional.

We booked room for 4 but we didn't get the necessary essentials like towels and soaps. Would consider it as bit rude as we were traveling we needed to pack less. Receptionist over here but rude.

The location is very good but at present maintenance is poor. I have learnt that new management has taken the control of the resort how they will run it time only tell its tale let's wait and watch.
