Exorbitant rates for low quality food. A proper bill was not provided. Just a note scribbled on a small piece of paper which they retained. I didn't have time to argue, hence left without complaining. Will never set foot inside this establishment again.

Really bad!! We visited without looking at the reviews as we were hungry. We also failed to notice that there was a lot of empty seats. The food was bad, we ordered ghee rice, normal meals, chicken 65, and chicken curry (Kerala style). The choice of rice was bad and it had two layers, the top one was the actual rice and the bottom layer was very poor quality rice. The rice was overloaded with cloves and it had no taste. The chicken curry was never a Kerala chicken curry and the quantity was very less, the pieces were not good and there was a point where we thought whether that was an actual chicken! The total bill was above 800 for 4 people and there was no detailed bill, may be they make the most out of the customers as they come pretty rarely.

The rooms are decent rooms. Charged 1800 for an AC room. They are ok! But the food is not that good. If you wanna stay it's a decent place they'll provide extra bed and blanket too. Don't stop here for food.

I recently visited this restaurant and was extremely disappointed. The high cost of the food was not justified by the experience. The atmosphere was terrible, with lot of flies . uncomfortable to enjoy a meal. To make matters worse, the handwashing area and restroom were dirty and poorly maintained, which is unacceptable for any establishment. I won't be coming back and wouldn't recommend it to others.

Unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. Despite ordering 2 Kerala meals and a fish fry, I was informed that mackerel was the only fish available, yet was served stale sardine instead. The sardine was clearly cooked weeks ago, leaving a strong stale taste that was incredibly unappetizing. This experience was disappointing and below expectations. I highly advise against dining at Green Valley as the food quality and freshness were severely lacking. Had I checked the Google reviews beforehand, I would have avoided this establishment altogether. It's crucial for restaurants to maintain food quality and freshness to ensure customer satisfaction, which was sorely lacking at Green Valley.

Hotel looks big and neat from outside, however, it's a very bad option to opt. Stale, old, reheated food. Dirty and unclean vessels. We stopped by looking at it from the outside and ordered a ghee rice, biryani, chicken 65 and two meals.. costed around 800/-. Totally unworthy and bad taste and quality..

Adamant Staff... Charged Rs. 200 extra for kid after reaching hotel... Even drinking water was not given despite request...

Went there to have lunch with my family while we are going from bandipur to gundelpet. 1, Ladies toilet was chocked 2, Gents toilet was not cleaned in recent 3 3, Foul smell from toilet all over the place even at the front of the restaurant. 4, all the food items smells and tastes the same. 5, in the chicken 65 we got half of the chicken was very old. 6, Ten minutes after leaving the restaurant we started omitting. !!!!Strictly avoid going near the restaurant !!!!
