Feedback: We stopped by your restaurant on our way back from a long drive from Ooty with my family, hoping to enjoy a nice meal. However, the experience was extremely disappointing. The washroom was in a terrible condition -- it was dirty, had a strong unpleasant smell, and water was leaking from the flush. It was so unhygienic that I lost my appetite and decided not to eat anything. We settled for just having tea, but even that was not up to basic standards. The first cup was broken, and when I asked for a replacement, I was given an empty cup that was visibly dirty. This reflects a serious lack of cleanliness and care. Overall Experience: Negative (Would rate it below zero if possible) Advice: Please make improvements to basic hygiene standards, especially the washrooms and serving utensils. Clean facilities and properly maintained crockery are essential to ensure guests feel comfortable and safe.

I booked this place without any expectations, as I had limited options -- but it turned out to be a wonderful surprise! The staff were extremely friendly and respectful, which really made the stay enjoyable. The resort itself is quite nice -- my kids had a great time in the play area and swimming pool. The Banyan Tree viewpoint is a hidden gem, and walking under the grapevines during the light drizzle was such a peaceful experience. Another highlight is staying amidst mango trees, which adds a beautiful natural vibe. A special mention to one of the staff members who helped arrange a safari ride for us. Plus, the resort is just about 500 meters from the safari gate, which is a big convenience. Overall, a memorable stay and a great place for families!

Great experience, we decided to make this place our base for our three day trip leave in morning came back at night went to ooty, then next day wayanad and then mysore... First night we stayed at the regular room which was not bad next day onwards switched to cottage/villa which was awesome experience, breakfast buffet was free did not get any food sickness the dinner we had light food but it tasted really well although a bit pricy but understandable as they brought it to our cottage... Great place extremely friendly and agreeable staff not to mention it was almost next to the bandipur National park early morning we could go for half hour ride and get peak of many elephants and deers some peacocks also.

By mistake I forgotten my cap here which is so important to me. The moment I searched the number online and informed the staff they immediately searched, and kept it safe and returned me after I visited. The taste of being humble and honest is unwavering!..

Is located right after Bandipur if you are coming to Mysore - the key reason why we stopped there for lunch. Looked nice and inviting from outside. But the restaurant was stuffy and suffocating. It was 2 PM in summer. Neither the AC nor the fan was working. Service was slow. Food was average. Restrooms were smelling so bad that I did not even enter. Overall a very mediocre experience. Will certainly avoid next time.

Our stay at Khan's Gufa Resort was nothing short of spectacular. We got free room upgradation to cottage room with fabulous garden view. The attentive and courteous staff made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Captain Jabbed at the restaurants was very courteous and knowledgeable about the forest he also served us good food. We loved the ambience, food and behaviour of all the staffs.

I have recently visited Khan's Gufa Resort and had a pleasant experience overall. What truly stands out here is the exceptional service provided by the staff and the delicious food served. Both exceeded expectations and made the visit memorable. However, the hygiene could have been better. Paying more attention to cleanliness would elevate the experience to the next level. Despite this, it's a nice place to relax and enjoy a good meal with your friends.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with all modern amenities. The staff was courteous and attentive, ensuring a comfortable experience. The food was delicious, offering a variety of options. The resort's facilities, including the pool and recreational activities, Perfect for a peaceful getaway! Would definitely recommend it.
