Purple Palms Resort & Spa

We had an amazing stay at Purple Palms Resort & Spa! The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for our little family. The staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to help with a smile. The restaurant food was delicious, with a great variety of options to suit all tastes. But what really impressed us was the baby food - our little one loved it! Overall, we highly recommend Purple Palms Resort & Spa for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. We can't wait to come back!

Had a great stay with my family! Property is modest with good facilities. Rooms were Spick and Span. Full marks for hygiene! Staffs were cordial and well organized. Swimming pool was great! and well kept with ample play area and indoor games. The tricky part is the Restaurant, the food was good and the breakfast was Fantastic but vegetarian menu is limited...can be improved. Adequate parking area too...

Recently booked this place for a trip. The property is good and maintained well. Rooms are spacious enough. The rooms were maintained well. Coming to restaurant they have good varieties of food and we had snacks in the evening but the price is exorbitant. The taste is good but I felt the price could be slightly reduced. Pool is maintained well and we had a nice time. Kids would enjoy. Indoor games too were good. Buffet breakfast had good number of dishes and the taste was too good. My suggestion is if the food price could be reduced then this would be more helpful for travellers. This place I would say it's a senior citizen friendly. Overall the place is good to stay if you get a good deal.

We had a 3 days 2 nights stay in mid April 2025. Everything about this resort is superb. The staff in all departments are friendly and courteous. The environment is super clean with awesome greenery. Lastly the food was excellent. Love to visit again .

Wonderful stay at Purple palms resort. We took a couples spa therapy. It was a 2 hour session, my massage was done by Raju. Very warm person, treated me very well in the whole 2 hour session. He gave me a fantastic massage. |Would highly recommend.

The property is good but not at all value for money. We booked a Courtyard Room for 3. If you are paying 11k per night, you definitely are expecting a nice treatment if not luxury. They do not have an iron in the room nor available on demand. No scrubs. Very basic toiletries. The property photos and website mention a fruit basket, to which they give just two apples. The breakfast spread is also not great, nothing you would want a second serving for. I also shared my concern with the Property Manager, but I guess she also did not have any say. Rather I received a response that , we did not mention the above amenities in our inclusions. The review is keeping in mind the price charged per night. Had they charged around 6k, I would probably rate it 4 star. If you are already willing to pay 11k+, I would recommend Amanvana which is opposite Purple Palms. Very beautiful property and has a nice buffet spread.

Rooms are very clean with excellent service and good humble people to help around. Nice ambience and very green environment. Very near to coorg. Mr Shekar is very helpful and kind person. All the staff is welcoming and kind. Spa services provided
