Sanskruti Resort Gokarna

We recently booked this Sanskruti resort Gokarna for 35 persons , and unfortunately, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. From the moment I checked in, things started to go downhill. The air conditioning in my room was not working. Additionally, the bathroom facilities were subpar. The flush was malfunctioning, I also noticed that some of the common areas and rooms had a layer of dust, which was quite off-putting. When it came to dining, the food was another letdown. The menu options were limited, and the quality of the meals did not meet expectations. And also kettle was also not working in two rooms. Overall, our experience at Sanskruti resort was far from satisfactory. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. There are certainly better options out there that prioritize guest comfort and satisfaction.

I recently stayed at Sanskruti Resort Villa in Gokarna. They have cottages and just one 3BHK villa. We were a group of 10 and booked the villa offline, as it doesn't show up online. While the villa is spacious, it's in desperate need of maintenance. None of the bathroom doors close properly - they're all jammed. The taps are either damaged or not working right. The ACs are outdated and barely function - they run, but there's absolutely no cooling. They claim to have a swimming pool, and yes, it's there--but don't expect to use it. It's full of green algae and clearly hasn't been cleaned in a long time. When I asked them to change the water, they simply ignored the request. The service is terrible. It took them 4 hours just to get us a water bottle. The staff is unresponsive and uninterested, except for the receptionist who was the only one trying to help. I strongly recommend avoiding this place until they get their act together. It seems like there are internal issues among the staff as well. If they fix the maintenance and improve their service, it could be one of the best villas in Gokarna, considering the space--but for now, it's just not worth it.

I was very happy when I booked rooms at this resort however when I checked in, I found out that the Tv was not working. I called the room service and informed about this inconvenience several time but it was not resolved. The resort is good, the rooms were okay, the Ac's were noisy and not functioning properly. The furniture inside was also old and broken. The worst part was swimming pool, the depth of the pool is not at there for you to enjoy swimming. The location is near the main bus stop, but overall property was good. The best part about the stay was package which was quite affordable.

I recently stayed at Sanskruti Resort Villa in Gokarna with a group of 10. We booked their only 3BHK villa offline since it's not listed online. Though the villa is spacious, it's poorly maintained. Unless they fix the maintenance and improve service, I'd strongly recommend avoiding this place. Right now, it's just not worth the money.

I booked the stay for couple of days which cost me 12k. When I entered the property the reception area found to be Dusty. There's a good garden but the plants caught fungus on it. Swimming pool is just for showcase. The pool is house to frogs. There are stray dogs roming around all over the premises and making mess. The rooms are unclean, walls and roof is catching fungus due to dampness. You'll witness spiders, mosquitos and insects which won't allow you to sleep. In addition to this during my stay there were frequent power cuts in the night. They will not provide you any complementary things in room not even usual toiletries. Breakfast options are limited. 1 star given is for the staff. Don't go for this option as you will get best in class stay with breakfast included.

Though the resort is good, the rooms are not value for money. We paid 5k for deluxe AC cottage per night and the AC is not working. Had to call room service thrice and the changed the room. The new room allocated is also in the same condition.

Paid 10k for a room, but it's completely disappointing. There is no hygiene, you will get a good outsider view but inside room, bathroom, the curtains even the comfort blanket is not cleaned. The room attendant is good but the reception staff is not trained. Overall not satisfactory resort.

We were charged 15,000 for our stay at this resort, but upon arrival, the room was in terrible condition--poor curtains, a non-functional AC, even the fan wasn't working, and the fridge wasn't cooling at all. On top of that, the service was completely disruptive. Extremely disappointed and feel cheated. Not recommended at all.
