Best price/value ratio hotel I had after 3 weeks in India ! Very nice people, well maintained hotel. Clean. Quiet. Please note that I was staying in the cheapest rooms called RSN at 3rd floor which is actually part of the same hotel but those are without AC, just confusing but same place. Everything was good, I can't complain about anything for someone who look for stay around 1000 rupees !

Recently we had stayed here for 2 days,,I must say this is the best place if you are looking for budget friendly stay Gokarna. Main advantages are Its beside the main temples Shiva and ganesha temples Main beach is just walkable distance from room. 24*7 Hot water available Added advantage is its location U can easily get access to auto,bike rentals,street shopping etc etc Staff here are most wondeful and welcoming.... If i would plan my next gokarna trip i will definetly choose this place again.. Thank you Rsn stays

The RSN stay is located at the ganesh temple, beside the big chariot. The room are so good, the staff are soo cooperative. Worth staying. Valued for your budget price.

Clean tidy & centrally located. Walking distance to temples & Main beach. I arrived at 930 AM, & Ram let me check in early. I was very pleased when I saw the room, with a place for luggage & the bathroom. Very clean. I was provided 2 sheets & 2 towels. I definitely recommend this place

The property is very close to the main temple and the shopping area Though the rooms are small they are very tidy and cozy and comfortable for a couple with a small kid/ for two adults They also provide you with two blankets and towels Mr Rama is the host and is very helpful

Nice place to stay in the centre of the town very close to the beach. The staff and management were very helpful and friendly, I felt very comfortable here. The only downside was that I booked a room without air con and it was a quite hot, it was my mistake, next time I will reserve a room with air con.

Location is great. You can easily access all parts of gokarna from here. Rooms are very small for the price point. But other facilities such as geyser, cleanliness,etc were good. We can extend the room for half a day for half price. This is something new and it was useful for us. No parking is available.

Rooms are fine and the location is very good. It is beside Ganesh ji temple and not even 100 mtr from shiva ji temple. It is walkable from the ksrtc bus stop as well. They charge around 1200 for non AC and 1900 for AC rooms. But the steps are very steep and elderly people can't climb those easily. It is budget friendly.
