OMdsCafe+rooms

We ended up having dinner for 3 days from this Cafe only. Located in Kudle Beach, so was easily accessible from The Hosteller. I must praiss their delicious yet relatively reasonable dishes such as Fish Thali, Dal Tadka, Prawns Manchurian and Om DS special chicken (mint and coriander). Good hospitality too.

As a solo female traveller, I could not recommend OmdsCafe 51 more! Deep and his team are so welcoming and I felt totally at home during my stay. At one point when I was feeling a little unwell, Deep even offered to take me to the doctor and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable for my entire stay. The food in their restaurant is delicious, the rooms are simple but have everything you need and the location is idyllic!

Came to Om DS cafe for breakfast and lunch everyday during our stay in Gokarna March 2025! Soooo delicious, best hummus and falafels in Gokarna. The service is great, Mukki was so friendly and accommodating to our dietary requirements- reallyyy yum food and great view of the beach! Also fun vibe at night. Will miss this place <3

We had an amazing time at OM DS CAFE in Gokarna! The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We loved the great beach view from the property - perfect for relaxing. Evenings were spent enjoying a cold beer and playing carrom. The food was delicious with plenty of options. The hospitality was top-notch, making our stay memorable. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Gokarna!

Terrible Experience - Unethical Behavior by Staff We chose this hotel because they claimed to allow pets, and we even confirmed this with the manager, who introduced himself as the owner. However, after checking in, paying the tariff, and dining at their overpriced restaurant, he approached us demanding an additional 1000 for our dog. It was clear he was trying to exploit us for extra money, assuming we wouldn't question it. This kind of dishonesty is unacceptable. To whoever owns or manages this property, please take strict action against such unethical practices by the staff. The overall experience was awful, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place until these issues are resolved.

This beautiful and laid back little spot is perfect if you want to stay in Kudle! The staff are super friendly, helpful and always smiling! The food is good and you can choose between a lot of options. The rooms are small, but cozy, clean and with soft pillows and good beds! I had a lovely time at OmdsCafe! I spent over a week there and the staff made me feel very welcome. The cafe is very laid back, nice music and ambience, right at the beach. Thank you, I will be back!

This place is a typical example of "A home far away from home ". Very amazing staffs, the ambience and also the fooooood. Must try Chicken 65. The owner DS Bhai is soo down to earth ,same goes with the other helping hands like Bunty bhaiyya, Dilip bhaiyya, Gangadar bhaiyya and the rest of them too. Happy to find this place . Myself and my friends had a wonderful experience !!
