If anyone wants to stay in peace and pleasant space then Niyama Beach Stay is for them. This place is very very family friendly and you can chill with your friends gang as well. Puneet is the owner of the stay, he is very friendly and helpful. Vignesh is the service person who is available always to help out. Room was very neat and clean. Another big advantage is the cafe which is just infront of the stay. Food was amazing. We liked each and every food items. Would love to visit this place again.

This is our second time in a row and they've been a really humble and friendly host. Both Vignesh and Puneeth are really helpful. It's one of the beach stays with a perfect view. Would definitely recommend this place.

Superb stay with a serene view of the beautiful beach, the rooms were very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning, the hosts Punit and co are very professional when it comes to hospitality, it was a perfect stay and we will be visiting again soon.

One of the worst beach stays ever.. They are miser in every aspect. Firstly no power connection. Whole property runs on low voltage. No hot water.. there shack is so lightless and u regret having drinks there. No roadway to their property and u have to cross other properties to reach them.. other properties dont allow us to walk thru.. so u will have to carry ur luggage all the way to 500m in sand.. thier rooms have 1 bed light.. so basically u wil have to live in dark.. Fan runs but useless.. single power source shared to all cottages.. u can imagine how worse they are.. i booked by reviews but seems to be fake.. all reviews say good about owners.. dats it... dont suffer by booking this resort.. no wifi.. no response to calls... i have seen hell..

We recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at Niyama Beach from December 14th to 19th, 2024. The location is absolutely stunning, right on the beach! We were incredibly impressed by the staff, especially the housekeeping team, who were attentive to our every need. For non-vegetarian guests, the food was exceptional - delicious and beautifully presented. Vighnesh was excellent, and his master, Puneet, was incredibly helpful, assisting us even when we arrived at an inconvenient time. The restaurant is managed by Ashwath, an IT engineer who works for Oracle. He pursues his passion for cooking by running the restaurant while working from home, with the support of his fellow engineer friends. However, we did notice some limitations with the vegetarian options. Overall, if you're looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway with a focus on delicious seafood, Niyama Beach is highly recommended. So guys enjoy your holidays at Niyama beach stay without a second thught in mind.
