Cottage location is slightly away from town that too not more than One and half km. But beautiful clean rooms with hot water facility and tea/coffee dip bag set provided. Good place for Nature lovers.

Best and affordable stay We took the normal room to stay for a night and the rooms are so good even they are old style. Friendly Staff. Good ventilation. Electric kettle provided for preparing tea, coffee with sachets Complimentary amenities. There is also a cottage variant available where they have a kitchen included.

Rooms are very clean and with full facilities.... And the environment is so natural and peaceful ... And it's also budget friendly and the people there are so helpful in nature you must visit there everything is near to the room ( beach, hotel, temple,market)

Caretakers are really good and they will guide you properly. Backside staircase will lead to bus stand which is quickest.These rooms are non AC so don't book if u cannot live without AC.

Location of the stay is good, you need to have your own vehicle or hire to reach here, auto will charge you 70 to drop you from gokarna check post about 600mts. Staffs are good and co oparative, Rooms are kept clean, in which I stayed (standard). I bad experience was the bathroom and toilet, I experienced lizards, variety of ants and frog in it at night, probably they are that time visitors, but weren't there in the morning. Proper drain system was lacking in the bath. Without providing a electric kettle what's the use of teabags, coffee, sugar and whiteners?

We stayed for 3 days during dussera. Room is very clean and decent. Staff are friendly . Only problem is location. They can increase sign boards in the route to find the location easily. Even their main board is not visible after reaching the location through google maps. If you have own vehicle it will be better. We have rented bike so easy to travel for food or anything else otherwise it is so difficult as we have to walk long distance for main road.. Rooms are really located in the peaceful nature . You can enjoy the stay.

We booked this place for 4 days. And it wasn't disappointing at all. The rooms are clean. The staff is friendly. And necessities are Also available in nearby vicinity. overall Good experience.
