Location on the OM Beach this is the only decent cafe you will find on this Beach. There is plenty of sitting available here being the only shack at the Beach. They offer Terrace sitting as well which gives a good Beach side view with the waves hitting the shores. When the tide is high you can even see the water waves hitting the shores just besides the cafe.||Coming to the cafe, the service here is quite poor to say the least, the menu is quite vast but food quality isn't quite good, chicken Lolypop didn't seem fresh, quantity is pretty average. ||Overall the shacks here aren't quite like Goa, these are way behind in terms of service and hospitality.||Since it's the only shack on the Beach it keeps getting hit by crowd !

Pros 1.rooms are good and location is perfect. 2. Restaurant is good. Would recommend this hotel for the people looking for beach resort in Gokarna. Cons 1. The receptionists services should be improved definitely. 2. They are not friendly and not willing to help/guide the guests. Literally you can't expect anything ( like information related to places, cab facility) from them. As a guest, people would expect some sort of information/guidance from reception people as guests are new to the location. 3. No intercom facility in the room. Each time we need to walk to the reception which is very tiresome and inform them of any services required. 4. No TV in the rooms. They are charging more than 5000 rs but no tv or intercom facility. 5. Restaurant is very crowded and its difficult to find the seat.

If you are looking for a nice romantic place to have dinner or even chill out with friends in gokarna.. this is the best place. The food was really good. There's alcohol too. And its location right on the Om beach. It has really great sea view. Only service was too slow & bad... it will test your patience

Go here only if you have white skin and are a foreigner. Sometimes there is poor service from hotel staff, however in this restaurant you are just abandoned. I have travelled across the country and this is the worst restaurant by far in terms of customer service. While customer service aside I ordered golden fried calamari and white pasta, as far as I have experimented a road side stall does a better job. The ambience was also not great, with cats roaming around, dirty squeaky floor. The only reason why anyone would visit this place is the lack of options on this beach. If you visit this beach, by all means avoid this place and go to kudule beach, which has better options!

Have to concur with the other reviewers: food is neither very good nor terrible but massively overpriced. Location is good but better options are available on the beach. Best thing is the "No private loudspeakers" policy

This cafe is very crowded as it is the only restaurant near the beach. The food is okay, but the prices are quite high considering the taste and ambiance. We ordered prawn biryani, lemon soda, etc. And also hard to get a table .
