We had a terrible experience during our visit during Christmas. We were promised a beach view rooms. The owner mentioned we will be provided accommodation on new hotel as crystal beach homestay was full. We were given room far off from the beach, had to walk to get a sunset view, for which the owner audaciously said beach view means view at walkable distance. There was no AC, no Wifi, unclean rooms, cheap and thin beds, No TV and dirty bathrooms. When we requested the owner to return the advance back, he brought in 2 more friends in their van to threaten. Did not refund the advance in full when we informed that we couldn't stay. Charged exhorbitantly for canceling stay at an inhabitable room. He rudely mentioned that we never asked how clean the hotel rooms were before and blamed us for not asking them to share photos before we paid in advance. These guys are unprofessional and do not deserve a single star. Book with them at your own peril.

Best view, best service- Amazing stay .. the care taker Anna is so helpful to arrange foods and beverages for us... Sea facing view is just amazing..
