Only positive is the access to the beach from the resort. Otherwise think before booking this resort. I was given a old room with no ac first snd have been asked to upgrade if need ac and accommodate with additional price. Room was big but not worth the cost - not maintained well, ac was not working, very big spiders in room, cockroaches in bath room, bathroom has a access from outside via sliding glass with no proper lock. After multi time complaint on ac issue, I have been offered with a alternate room (11am ist)but at that time kids slept hence I didn't change the room. No manager or senior staff to handle the situation. But they partially refund the price of the cost of ac. Restaurant is on the beach, good but the walkway from room to restaurant is dark and sifiicult without a light at night. Restroom pipe water was very thin. Night duty staff was immatured I definetly won't stay next time. Team, you need to learn more to have a happy customer and stable business

Have booked room for couple of days and below are my experience just you find useful I believe. 1. Room was good 2. There no room service at all which is horrible and they are not even ready provide plates for food if you're getting it from outside or if already have food packed for yourself to have with family not an right option because they don't even provide any services (plate, glasses etc) 3. The tied up restaurant which they have with limited menu options and food quality is not worth the money. Trying explore other restaurants near by.

I had an extremely disappointing stay at Arthigamya Resort & Spa in Gokarna. The place is poorly maintained, with no proper services provided. We were left without water the entire night, which was absolutely unacceptable. Adding to the frustration, we had left our room keys near the reception for our friends who were arriving later, only to find the reception completely closed with no staff available. We had to literally jump into the reception area to find the keys ourselves--something no guest should ever have to do. The hygiene levels were shocking. The bathroom was stinking, and the rooms were filthy. It was evident that housekeeping is either non-existent or extremely negligent. Despite all these issues, the staff refused to acknowledge their mistakes, showing zero accountability or concern for guest comfort. Overall, this was one of the worst hospitality experiences I've had. The management seriously needs to improve its maintenance, services, and customer care. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

This property is surrounded by lush greenery, you'll hear birds chirping and a hill on one side. Rooms are quite spacious, comes with huge washroom, bathtub. This resort has close proximity to the beach. Internal private road leads directly on beach. They need to improve service and overall resort experience. The staff need to be trained with hospitality. Most of the staff looks junior and inexperienced to manage guests and lack to provide support. They should focus on creating lively & friendly environment.

Very close to the beach. Clean rooms of large size We were three of us and the room was comfortable Cleaning of room was done daily in a good way Staff was very courteous and helpful Downsides are as follows There is no room service for food. We have to go to the Waterfront cafe where the staff seemed uninterested - the nearby shacks on the beach are better options The swimming pool was unattended and there were no guards or towels kept there. The area was clean but the poolside shower areas were a bit slippery Overall a decent place with a great location close to the beach and the forest paths on the hills

Location is great. It is near to beach. Good for both couples and family. Value for money. Even on beach is in walkable distance. Pool is clean and maintained. Also water activities are near (not part of resort)

The resort is good and services provided in the resort are really amazing. But the restaurant staff is not helpful. They were not ready arrange simple request. You dont have escalation point here. They are the managers and they are the owners.

I had a highly disappointing stay at Artigamya Resort & Spa in Gokarna. The only positive aspect was its prime location near the beach, which was the main reason for choosing this property. On arrival, we found the air conditioner wasn't working. after some time a technician came and fixed a another AC, it took about 3 hours, but after 11 pm the AC was not working whole night, which was completely unacceptable. no proper power supply was there at night. washrooms were not properly cleaned, not properly closed, no phone in the rooms The resort is not properly maintained and with no services providedTo add to the dissatisfaction, there was no post for manager in that resort, and it seemed no one was taking responsibility. We had originally booked a two-day stay but decided to cancel the second day due to our negative experience and moved to another property. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst hospitality experiences I've ever encountered, and I would not recommend this resort to anyone.
