The property reflects a charming village-style setting and is located just two minutes from the beach, making it highly convenient for peaceful seaside walks. Accommodation options include standard rooms, tarriff 1000 and independent cottages, charges 1500, as in May 2025. Accommodation is modest and functional, suitable for a quiet countryside stay. Although meals are not provided, tea and coffee are available, adding a comforting touch to the overall experience. Ideal for guests seeking tranquility and a close connection with nature.

Stayed at this lovely farmstay near the beach and had a great time. The beach is just a 2-3 minute walk away, and it's super peaceful, almost like a private beach. The location is beautiful with lots of greenery, trees, and swings, giving it a very relaxing vibe. The rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms are big and clean. One thing to note is that parking is limited, so only 2-3 cars can fit. There's a restaurant on the property, but it was closed during my visit. However, there are some good eating options nearby on the beach. Overall, a wonderful place for a quiet and peaceful getaway. (The beach is not visible from the stay).

Stayed Here for 3 nights. The owner is very chill, many a times not available on property but contactable via phone/whatsapp. He also provided us 2 wheelers at a very good price. The property is well maintained, and also has its own dedicated parking. The location is a bit of a hit and miss, it is nearby patang beach which is very serene but far away from famous beaches such as om/kudle beach. The room is small, but it comes with a balcony and a clean bathroom, with functioning geyser. Note: They do not provide food, you will have to go out for that. Also they don't have a fridge/ice in case one needs it(talking about Standard non AC room)

Nice and clean rooms. Bathroom was also clean. The owner was also kind enough to help us out with our queries. While returning back, I left my ATM card at the room. The owner himself took responsibility to courier it to my address. Overall, fully recommended.

Overall very good ,close to nature ,good ambience,well maintained, cooperative staff. If they start kitchen it would be better because if you are travelling with family it's of great help .

Evergreem Farmhouse was the perfect place for a relaxing family getaway. Its prime location, just a stone's throw away from the serene sea beach, was a major highlight. The lush greenery surrounding the homestay created a tranquil atmosphere, far removed from the hustle and bustle of the main town. While the cottage room was compact, it was cozy and well-maintained. The large garden was a delightful surprise, offering ample space for leisurely walks, playful moments on the swings, or simply unwinding amidst nature's beauty. This property doesn't have inhouse restaurant, but the nearby property Ocean Gate which is also owned by the same person has a cafe serving meals throughout the day. The cafe is right on the beach with wonderful view of sea. If you're seeking a peaceful escape by the sea, Evergreen is definitely worth considering.

Very nice farm house. It's near the beach. They maintain greenery and cleanliness. Will love to be there again.
