Big No. Stay away!! Horrible rooms. Bed bugs. No TV, No Room service, Dirty bed sheets/linen. Don't even think about entering the bathroom. Seems like a drinking place with so many beer bottles around. Don't go by rating. It should be less than 2.

I stayed at this hotel while traveling from Hampi to Aihole and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The room was not clean, the bedsheets were dirty, and there were too many mosquitoes at night, making it very uncomfortable. I had chosen this place just to get some rest, but the overall lack of cleanliness and comfort made it a very bad experience. I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made

Decent rooms and professional staff, it will work for you if you are only looking for place to stay on the tour. But if you needs luxury then avoid this hotel. Also it is slightly over priced as per the location and the standard. Better option are available in Hospate area

Name is just Samartha Comforts but really you feel discomfort when you stay here. Poor Maintenance No power backup Main doors without Handel and no proper locking system

Though the place looked very elegant and clean in the photographs but in reality its the exact opposite. The bathrooms are filthy and look like have been cleaned for ages. The rooms are dusty and all the furniture is full of dirt and dust. The Air conditioners in the rooms are leaky and do not have the cooling effect at all. We had to switch the ceiling fans along with the AC. The hotel staff is also not very co operative and tends to overlook the instructions. The hotels does not provide any soaps in the room. There is a a local country liquor adda next to the hotel and the people visiting there are very noisy as they end up in a quarrel or a fight and it becomes obscene view from the windows of the room. To sum up this is not an place to be with the family and not at all worth paying Rs 1700 for a night. Not a place i would recommend.

It is not near to Bus stand. Service is good. But the room facilities like TV, AC are not working. Toilet not maintained cleanly. Maintenance is poor.

An average hotel, not too good or too bad. Pleasant hotel for travellers and family. Maintenance was good but cannot expect higher standards in small cities like this. Little far from city centre and bus stand. My stay was good, rooms were clean and tidy. Don't book this hotel online, direct walk-in, In fact any hotel in small cities like Gangavati. The hotels were never fully occupied, you'll always get free rooms. There will be delay for online booking customers due to some glitches of booking confirmation also these people will not entertain online booking since they get less money. I got good deal through RedBus hotels, but hotel people collected difference money from me in cash.
