Amazing Stay Highly Recommended! I recently had the pleasure of staying here and it was an incredible experience. The location is breathtaking, with stunning views and a serene atmosphere that's perfect for relaxation. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all modern amenities. The staff was extremely courteous and always ready to assist, making the stay even more comfortable. The food was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes. The resort also had great facilities, including a beautiful swimming pool, a well-equipped spa, and fun recreational activities. Whether you're looking for a peaceful getaway or an adventure-filled trip, this resort has something for everyone. I can give this resort a 5star rating Cus the entire area is covered with trees, Infact going to restaurant feels like a trek in forest. Your lungs will thank you for all the fresh air. We booked around 3rooms but the stay there was amazing. Rooms are spacious nd all the fun activities were also awesome.

Having heard a lot of good reviews from local folk about the restaurant at Heritage Resort, it seemed like a good choice for lunch. Service stands out from start to finish at Heritage Resort. I'd called ahead to make a reservation and to ask for a cake to be arranged for a small birthday celebration. Everyone I spoke to was polite and helpful. Food & Beverage As the continental cuisine was unavailable, we stuck to Indian fare - naans/rotis and a mix of veg and non-veg dishes with garlic prawns and lemon chicken for starters. We also ordered a mix of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (mocktails and juices). Overall, the food was all right. Ambiance Heritage scores big in terms of ambiance given its idyllic location and spectacular view of the lush green hills around. Service and Staff As mentioned earlier, everyone we encountered at Heritage was very pleasant and welcoming. A special mention to be made of Bopanna, who helped organise the surprise birthday cake, and also of one of the wait staff, Pavan, who was pleasant and helpful and thoughtfully set up the birthday celebration in a scenic part of the restaurant area. Thank you! Location Heritage Resort is located in a scenic part of Galibeedu (close to Madikeri town). Getting here is easy if you have your own transport. The walk from the parking area/reception to the restaurant is steep, along a stony pathway. This can be a challenge for senior and disabled guests. Value For Money Food and drink is reasonably priced. Throw in great service and a spectacular location and Heritage Resort is good value for money. Overall A good restaurant with great service. Definitely worth a visit if you're in Madikeri. It is always a pleasant surprise when resorts that cater primarily to tourists to Coorg are so welcoming of local guests. It is also heartening to know that the resort prioritises employment for the locals. One hopes that more resorts in the area would follow suit.

The views from the resort are amazing and the rooms are beautiful. But the biggest drawback of the property is the restaurant food. The food served is just edible, and horrible coffee which is ironic for a resort in Coorg. Considering the tariffs the food should be delicious. Our trekking guide Dishant took us for a wonderful trek. Ask for him to go on a trek here.

Resort is similar to normal hotel with some greenery. Rooms are not that great and once assigned. They won't change the rooms at all. Couple of rooms are not even comparable to the normal hotel. So will suggest to accept rooms after looking them. They will give better rooms to direct visiters and bad rooms to online booking. Only good thing about the resort is the infinity swimming pool which amazing valley view. Would not recommend this place considering very high price.

Hill top restaurant, one of the best view , it almost has 360 degree view , I suggest morning breakfast or early evening dinner , around 6 in the evening would be perfect time . Food is good , freshly made , taste differs like always , Floor manager is very experienced, you could have a word with him , he will suggestion you what's right for the day . They do have nice mini bar .

Best place to visit and stay in Coorg Great hospitality and wonderful scenic beauty in and around the resort. Heads down to the restaurant for such great variety and taste of cuisine.A must visit
