I would give it a 5 star rating. Its a very nice and cozy stay, surrounded by nature. The location of resort is a bit far from the central city, I suggest to travel with your own car/cab. But once you reach there, it's worth the travel. The resort has a restaurant and bar, and indoor games like Table tenis, Carrom, pool table, kids play area, etc. There is a swimming pool as well which gives the vibe of infinity pool with an inbuilt bar counter inside the pool. Its a perfect stay to spend some cozy family/couple time. The room was very well cleaned and all amenities were provided in the room, except the wifi. There is no wifi inside the rooms (which is again impressive and important so that you can spend quality time with your family). The food is a bit expensive there and there is no other option to order outside food. The food and service was beyond my expectation, it was comparative to a 5-star hotel service, and hence the high price. You can also request a romantic candle-light dinner setup near the swimming pool, but the price is a bit high for that. There is an ayurvedic Spa inside the property, which you can avail at 10% discouts. I will suggest to take an early appointment for the spa, coz most of the times it is fully booked. The food (breakfast, lunch, dinner) was very tasty and a wide variety of options were available, worth the price you pay.

The resort offered us a very good experience with great views and even more delicious food. We stayed there for 2 days and never felt like visiting any nearby attractions. Its a great place to unwind with family and friends. The highlight was the swimming pool which the kids will enjoy the most. Very well maintained. Special mention to the chefs at the resort who have aced multicuisine food.

Tye resort is very beautiful, very green clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly especially the local staff in the restaurant is excellent, very friendly, very co operative and always willing to go an extra mile to make the customer happy. The climb to the dining area is beautiful, we enjoyed walking upto the dining area and pool. The cottages are a bit barely decorated and basic including the bathrooms. The resort can at least add a mini fridge to the rooms for people to have cold water when coming from the hot sun. Overall it's a great place to.

We had a really peaceful and fulfilling holiday here. Best experience with courteous staff, flavorful food, scenic views, beautiful pool, clean and well maintained rooms. The cliff view room with the tub has an awesome location. Away from the hustle and bustle. Our kid enjoyed it equally. Thank you for this experience!

Overall a great experience. Restaurant is top class. Food quality and hospitality is great. Pavan and team ensured that we had excellent experience and joyful vacation. Thanks. Great Stay! Food - 5/5 | Location - 5/5 | Staff - 5/5 | Service - 5/5, Room-3/5 We had a pleasant stay and paid 25,000 for 2 nights, with an additional 4,000 spent on food. Overall, it was a great experience, but there are a few areas that could be improved: 1. Lighting: There should be at least one pole light near the last corner room. It was too dark at night, and we didn't feel comfortable sitting outside. 2. Room Amenities: The room lacked a small refrigerator, which is expected at this price point. 3. Driver Facilities: Please pay more attention to the drivers' needs. They are an important part of our journey, and if they're not satisfied, it could reflect poorly on the overall experience. Improving the quality and quantity of food provided to them would be a great step. 4. There we're very small insects in the room, there should be some arrangement for it

We visited Heritage Resort with our family in March 2025 and had a wonderful stay. The hospitality of the resort staff was exceptional--they were warm and welcoming throughout our visit. Accommodation Our room was very spacious, perfectly suited for two adults and a teenager. The only improvement we'd suggest is better WiFi speed. Facilities The property is beautifully maintained. The infinity swimming pool with a mountain view is undoubtedly the highlight of this resort. We also enjoyed the indoor games, though we felt that the badminton court should have been indoors, as strong winds made it difficult to play outside. Food The food was absolutely delicious! We appreciated the variety available for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Overall Experience We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again in the future!

I visited this place along with my wife. It was an amazing stay at this resort. The food was delicious. The room was great. The infinity pool was just as amazing. There is a game room too which we enjoyed. The spa service is also worth a try. The only drawback is if few activities can be added in the resort. But overall a very pleasant experience and thank you to all the staff for making it a memorable one.
