SNS Regency

Had been there during November last year and there were no rooms due to continuous weddings taking place. The owner was courteous enough to offer his room for stay of 3 days. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly. Only downside was there was no in-house restaurant. One can cross the highway and eat at a cafe, restaurant or bar+restaurant located side-by-side.

There are very few accommodation options in Tiptur. Of the rest, I found SNS to be our best choice for our stay in Tiptur. The location is just 2kms from the Tiptur market. They have ample space for car and two wheeler parking. The rooms are spacious and they have centralised Air conditioning. The bathroom was good and well maintained. The shower unit was a highlight. Hot water 24/7. The check in process was smooth and they have a card based access system to the rooms. Our stay here was good and highly recommend this property for accommodation in Tiptur.

Comfortable stay, rooms are very nice, modern amenities for bathroom (no soaps, only showel gel, shampoo and liqud handwash). Balcony rooms awesome. Good for family stay too.

Had visited Tiptur to attend a function and stayed at the hotel. Liked everything about the place. Warm and well ventilated ambience. Lots of open space. Well portioned rooms with very good amenities. To put it in short this is a place I would stay again and recommend to others.
