It's was a very good experience for me . I stayed three days and the hotel is really good from outside and they are maintaining it properly. Service was plausible. The blankets and linens were clean. Washroom are clean and tidy. Rooms are good and good infrastructure. Staff is friendly and helpful. hotel having a good parking lot and safe there.

Worst experience, very suffocating. If you stay one hour also in the room, you get admitted to hospital.

It's was a bad experience for me . I stayed three days and the hotel is look so good from outside and they are not maintaining it properly. Service was zero . The blankets and linenes was dirty, we asked to change it and they didn't change it. Washroom are dirty and stinging. Rooms are good and good infrastructure but they are not maintaining. May be lack of staffs .hotel having a good parking lot and safe there . but need to be good at services too.

It's a very good place with good greenary... And till now we had problem of slow internet but it also solved with a cellphone tower near it... Tiffins are excellent... North food is good South food is also good Behaviour is very good... Water facilities are not good... In room maximum times we face water problems... (but this is also rarely like monthly once) Rooms are neat and clean Peaceful place...

Noted points while Checkin :- 1. Rooms not cleaned. 2. Bedsheet, Pillow covers not changed. 3. Drinking Glass and water jug seems not been cleaned in the last 6 months. Dark rust and spider net was available. 4. The geyser was not working and found electric shock when it started. Then provided another room's bathroom which was also very dirty. 5. For 2 guests they provided only 1 bottle of water and 1 shop.

The worst place I ever visited, staff behaviour is not good at all receptionist and manager doesn't know how to talk to a customer at all. Booked the room online went to the place an hour earlier than the check-in time talked to the receptionist and the manager who denied check-in and was asking 1,200/- where as I booked the room around 900/- via online app. And the manager was asking 30% extra for an hour before check-in time. Talked to the customer care where I booked the room and the manager agreed. Customer care guy asked me to go and talk to the manager, sir your room is ready. Went to the manager and he again denied check-in and started whining about 1,200/- again. I left the place at the same time. My suggestion don't book here online or offline. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Location is good. The intercom didn't work. The floor of the bathroom was dirty and the bed was small for a normal height person. It's good for a short stay for single person not for family stay

Worst room service, No availability of drinking water service, television not repaired yet from 4 days. Even daily 2 times reminding to management all these things. The good think is breakfast, lunch, dinner is good quality and tasty..
