Nandi Hills Resort Hotel

From the hotel it's accessible to airport n busstop, Swiggy n zomato are also available, the stay was nice, the garden view from the hotel is calming. We also saw pecoks and other birds.

Pathetic response from the receptionist. Called the hotel in advanced and confirmed if rooms are available, travelled all the way upto the hotel, receptionist picks up again confirms room availability and then completely ghosts my calls. Gmaps location takes you to the middle of nowhere. Hotel staff is negligent and ignorant.

Extremely disappointed with this place. Visited on Christmas this year. Firstly, very difficult to locate. However, I would like to thank the owner for assisting in locating the hotel. Regarding the hotel...let's just say it's only a building like any other. There's no clear sign board or directions...huge gates are completely shut...giving an impression of some industrial warehouse that's closed down. You will have no clue that it's the hotel except few dangling dim lights. Regarding rooms...just 4 walls and roof...probably recently painted...the service staff has no clue how to cater to guests or rather why there are guests at all...basic necessities are missing....plug points, bath fittings,etc. won't work...no arrangement of food...no one to address to your issues that you face during the stay... It's definitely and a strict NO GO for families. Please don't be misled by the photos that are put up online or on the website. Hope this helps...

Great place I stayed here for a running event. I stayed only for a day. But it was a great experience Date : June 29th 2024 - June 30th 2024 Pros - - Cost was worth it I think. 2250 for 1 day for Standard Room - Very big building , easily identifiable during the day. Not sure if the same would apply when you go at night - Very clean and well maintained. I think the property is pretty new . Or they have maintained it very well. One of these two - Very calm place. The neighborhood is quiet . So, it's peaceful - Room had all basic facilities I expected. Like TV, Mirror , a Chair and Table, Shower , Big Bed , Hangars to Hang clothes, A nice Window with curtains. It even had AC, though I never used it like how I didn't use many other things - Caretaker was very nice and kind. My caretaker was Bishal - Great place from the outside - Great place from the Inside too. But I can only talk about my room, since I didn't see or stay in other rooms - Toilet even in Reception :) It came in handy when I needed it urgently during checkin Cons that one can find if they really want to - - Caretaker was a Hindi speaking person in my case. For me it's okay though, since I know Hindi, but not all know Hindi - No Lift / Elevator . So, old people might have trouble climbing the staircase. And I think all rooms are in different floors, starting from first floor, with no ground floor rooms - The western toilet in the reception area didn't have doors . I was a bit shocked but I was okay with it and went ahead and used it when I was checking in since I had to urgently use the loo. And it's a common washroom for men and women with multiple western toilets and urinals and wash basin - Some of the people can be rude. So, Beware !!and don't get into any arguments or fights with these people, which is very possible. "How?", you ask? I don't know how many people take care of the business and the phone calls and enquiries etc. The person who responded to me seemed a bit off. At first he seemed a bit rude / awkward with some of his behaviour. But I was calm and mature and level headed. Later he was being nice. If you have too many questions, don't ask him if it can be answered from their website. And pay him ASAP and he will believe that you are not beating around the bush and that you want the room. After payment, he will reply better on WhatsApp. Mostly you won't have to talk much to him. But yeah, if you do talk more than a bit, be nice and kind and calm and mature, no matter what he says or does. You can also see the weird and rude behaviour and replies on Google Reviews. I think the business has had too many bad customers and bad reviews, so, maybe they are rude because of those bad experiences.
