HOTEL THE MANSION

The pathetic one, staff misbehave like anything, they don't know anything about hospitality. I was on a business trip to manglore for couple of weeks, I book this hotel for the same. First 2 days of my stay was fine, Third day I asked to clean the room their reply was we don't clean the room every day, it was cleaned yesterday now after 2 days, staff was always on head for tips and tips only. One guy on reception Name Rahid seems to be ok but apart from him every one was so illiterate and annoying.

Service was pathetic. There rooms were not occupied and their check in time was 12pm. However, we reached there by 11am. So they asked us for additional 600 for that one hour. We went down and came back by 12pm. Very poor customer service.

Good Hotel 18km from Mangalore City Center Neat and Spacious Rooms Basement Car Parking Available Location is quite good and convenient The staff is good especially the cleaning staff and the Bell boys Solar Hot Water Provided No Kettle Found in the Room Breakfast is from Outside Nothing Prepared at Hotel they order it from Nearby Available and Open Restaurants The checking process was good and quick

Disclaimer for all who are booking ur rooms here especially students or bachlors. I booked the ticket weeks ago even got the mail and everything that our rooms are ready. Just when we reached after travelling so long they said we r full we r shifting u to the different hotel which is exactly like this one. Forget about the same the rooms were so small and not at all what we booked. And on top of that they took more money from us than the hotel mension. So i request to all youngsters to think before u book them.

The amenities were top-notch, and the on-site dining was delightful--definitely try the signature dishes! The location is also fantastic, close to local attractions yet peaceful enough for relaxation. Overall, The Mansion exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay. I can't wait to return!
