Hotel Plaza Avenue - Lodge & PG

We stayed in a double room at this hotel with our family and had a bad experience. The Ac was leaking water on to the floor. When we told the room boy, he put a laundry bedsheet and later a bucket under it. But when we asked for proper cleaning, he got rude and said water was not a big issue since we could sleep on the bed. Then we only pushed the overflowed water to one side using that bedsheet. The room boy's rude behavior and the unclean room were not acceptable, especially considering we paid for our stay

I recently stayed at Hotel Plaza Avenue and had a very pleasant experience overall. I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed and the quiet atmosphere, which allowed for a restful night's sleep. The amenities in the room, like the Wi-Fi and air conditioning, worked well, and I found everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, Hotel Plaza Avenue provides good value for the price, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I'd definitely stay here again!

It's a budget-friendly hotel near Yenepoya University and KS Hegde hospitals. Clean rooms, helpful staff and basic amenities like Wi-Fi and parking. The hotel has a banquet hall and an in-house restaurant. There are so many food options near to the hotel. Public transport is also frequent.

Pathetic rooms and unclean rooms. Reception do not respond properly. Other people hairfall, no clean bedsheet and blanket. Spider webs on the sealing, smelly rooms. Look at the photos. I don't recommend to stay here.

Very pleasant. Good and helpful staff. Rooms are good, clean. Has 24 hours hot water. There is Television in the room best part is that there are Hindi movie channels. Good food. I like the place. Thanks to all the staff at Park Avenue for making our stay comfortable.

A cheap and economic hotel at this location near to NiTTE univ and Yanapoya Medical college. Rooms are ok for two persons. Service is ok. Near by many eateries available at reasonable price.

Wanted to have a quick rest for few hours. Fast booked via make my trip. Quick church in. Service best. Great rest for 5 hours. Check out process fast. Though, Location is bit further from station.

The hotel is a decent stay for the price. Toilet though in our room is in a weird position no leg space on one side. The room service is non existent though. Called twice for something they never came.
