Amazing Stay at Comforts Inn! I had a fantastic stay at Comforts Inn! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making for a relaxing experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast on the third floor--it was absolutely awesome! The variety of options, from fresh fruits to hot, delicious dishes, made for a perfect start to the day. The ambiance of the dining area was great, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend Comforts Inn for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It's just opposite to KS Hedge Hospital.

This hotel offers a delightful experience and represents excellent value. The staff members are genuinely dedicated to providing exceptional service. From the moment you arrive, you'll feel welcomed and cared for. The comfortable accommodations and amenities create a relaxing atmosphere. It's a place you'll be happy to recommend to others.

The location is not central to the places you would be visiting on a holiday. Unfortunately there was construction going on at the time we were supposed to be staying there. Additionally the room had a good few defects that required a room change which relocated us 1 floor above. Between the jackhammers & grinders, noise levels were far from conducive to relaxation. That said, I almost immediately made contact with their head office. Attempts were made to find us alternative accommodation within the hotel group. Unsuccessfully. Failing this, they arranged for an immediate & full refund directly with the hotel. Their customer service in all of this was amazing. They followed up 30 min later to make sure all was well & if they could offer additional assistance. Well done to the head office.

I stayed in a non AC room. It's neat and clean. One litre of water is provided free for every room. Around the place this is the best accommodation available for a decent cost. I would definitely recommend this place if you care about cleanliness and hygiene and safety. And add to this the warm hospitality of the staff who are always willing to help. Though I didn't get to meet the owner of this place, I can tell that he is a kind person who takes care of the staff very well, so they stay with him for many years.

I had a disappointing experience with early check-in at this hotel. Even though rooms were available and it wasn't peak season, the staff refused to provide early check-in just because I booked online. They were only willing to allow it if I paid half the room rate as an extra charge. However, when I had booked offline at the reception previously, they provided early check-in without any issue. This kind of double standard and money-minded approach is unacceptable. Hotels should treat all guests equally, whether they book online or offline. Definitely not recommending this place to anyone expecting fair and customer-friendly service.

Comforts inn is a preferred place of stay for me. It's very close to many colleges in Deralakatte which makes it a comfortable stay in case you are required to stay close to the colleges. It's not a place to go to if you are here for sightseeing though. Rooms - you have every combination of rooms available, for a family of 3, family of 4, family of 2. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. Bathrooms are basic, but clean. They provide you with shower gel and handwash. Housekeeping will be available if you leave your key with the reception. There is no safe deposit box but you are provided with a shelf with a key. Clean sheets and towels are provided. There's a wifi available in all rooms. It could be a little patchy, but nothing limiting. Restaurant - breakfast is available in their cafeteria. There's a decent variety of breakfast available (veg only). It's better to go by around 9ish, there later you go, the more chances of missing out on a few items. For lunch and dinner, there's a restaurant attached - Malabar. Both veg and nonveg food options are available. There are also food courts in either side of the hotel which also offer a variety of options. Transport - there are bike rentals available. Usually posters are stuck on the walls nearby. Autos are abundantly available as it's bang opposite to NITTE. There is also a constant flow of bus service available. Service - The staff is very competent and hospitable. Housekeeping staff are practically invisible and you won't be disturbed. In case of any issues or help needed, they respond very quickly. It's always been a pleasant stay with comforts inn. It's not a go to place for sightseeing purposes, but if you are required in that area, I would highly recommend this place for it's comfort and location.

I felt rs. 3700 per night for the toom was but expensive given the fact that the room was below average. Parking space is limited to just about 5 or 6 cars and that in the drive way. The hotel staff is courteous and helpful. Breakfast was average and could have been better. Location is good for someone who has patient admitted in nearby hospitals but not ideal for tourists. I stayed there because of closeness to my relatives' home. Overall, the experience was average and it could be made better.
