Situated bang on main road, spread across 4floors, clean ac rooms, have a veg family restaurant on ground floor, decent price, overall a place u can put ur family to stay

The location is good, and it's a decent hotel to stay at. However, one of the major challenges we've encountered is the frequent power fluctuations. Every time they occur, you have to wake up, remove the key card, and reinstate it for the AC to work. This means you have to wake up 5-7 times during the night to do this. The worst part is that the front desk doesn't inform you of this issue until you call them, complaining that there's no power for an hour.

"The rooms are not well-maintained, and the bedsheets and blankets are not replaced regularly."

Felt all good in my short stay of 2 hrs in the hotel... Rooms are clean and tidy. Good parking space. Since it is located in PB road, easy access.

I visited the hotel on 30/05/2024, Found some bed bugs at midnight 1.30 am, Staff have shifted me to other room, which found with cockroaches. But the response of the staff is very negligence.

Near to the Bus stand and Railway station. Added to it, it is on PB road, thus, excellent location. Rooms are maintained clean and maintenance is done daily. Restaurant is down and room service is available. For the room quality and hotel location, room fares are very reasonable and seemed to be cheaper.

The Lodge is at the prime location, Staff especially the boy who sit at the reception( At Night Shift) doesn't no the way to reply to the Guests. When they ask of something. Moreover they don't even provide a Water Bottle and Dental Kit. When we ask for these basic needs the receptionist replies as I am an employee just like you all. That's the fact but not reply. I experienced the rudeness during the Check-In. Apart from that they provide hot water for shower.
