R Empire Hotel

The cleanliness of a room plays a crucial role in ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay, especially given the cost associated with it. Unfortunately, the condition of the space fell short of expectations. The towels and bedsheets were noticeably unclean, and the restroom lacked proper maintenance, leaving much to be desired in terms of hygiene. Cleanliness is a basic standard that should never be compromised, particularly in environments where guests expect a tidy and welcoming atmosphere. Improved attention to these details would significantly enhance the overall experience and justify the cost of the stay.

Good hospitality, rooms were good in terms of cleanliness and well maintained. Room amenities could have been made better, at this price more amenities and complimentary breakfast is expected for such a room. Kettle, cups , glasses ,spoons all were there but no tea bags or sugar. Such small changes could have made the stay better.

It's a good hotel. Rooms are fine , but could be cleaner. Spacious. The location is an advantage as its quite close to the highway. They do not have an in-house restaurant.

I booked the hotel via agoda website it was a suite room. The rooms were not neat, bedsheets were dirty had stain marks. The room service was horrible, they didnt have milk powder for tea/coffee. Hot water was not available at my room and asked for room service but no one attended .

I recently stayed here with my students for a chess tournament and had an exceptional experience! Room was dirty. No toiletries provided, no water provided. I was told that these were on demand. The check in manger abusive and fought from check in till checkout. All fake reviews on google

Very bad , no hot water . When complained about hot water the manager said I am wrong ? And wasn't ready to believe me. Not at all worth it . Avoid at all costs

I came for a wedding and initially booked it for two days. But the stay had to be increased and the management especially Mr. Ashok were very friendly and cooperative. Very good place to stay!
