Hotel Sai International

Great place for dining and stay in Davangere with a nice ambiance and tasty food. Service is good too. Only downside is that the beverages are a bit overpriced. Still, worth a visit!

1/5 stars Disappointing experience at [Hotel Sai International] on 15th April 2025. Despite being a top-rated hotel, the lunch served was subpar and led to severe stomach upset and dysentery. After consulting a doctor, I'm still wondering how such food was served. The quality of food and hygiene seem to be major concerns. Unfortunately, this experience has fallen short of expectations. "Would not recommend."

Excellent Hotel in Davanagere City. Good ambience. Delicious breakfast served. One can have good walking near the Hotel. Spacious Restaurant and ideal to have dinner with family. Staff are very polite and courteous.

Inspite of booking.com showing a price of Rs.2,700/- and taxes amounting to Rs.324/-, I decided to check with the hotel directly, as it was 2230 hrs on the 15th January, 2025, when I decided to halt at Davangere. I told the guy at the reception counter that I would be checking out early next morning. He quoted a rate of Rs.3,900/- including taxes, and justified it saying that the normal tariff is Rs.4,900/-, but he was charging me less as I would be checking out early morning. When asked for the tariff card, he said the room rates fluctuate on a daily basis. I walked out and stayed at another place. The hotel looked impressive from the outside but I guess they recruited unprofessional characters to man the reception counter.

Hotel Sai International is one of the best hotels in Davanagere. Check in was quick. Rooms are huge in size (compared to other hotels) with ac as well as fans and Tata sky tv. Millennium restaurant at the back of the hotel is also great though it is very costly.It is located on the highway to exit Davanagere and is a safe location. The staff is very polite and helpful though the room service is pretty slow and the extra bed is free of cost though it is just a mattress on the floor. Ample Parking space is also there. Overall it was a good experience.

they refused to refund advance money paid for hotel booking inspite of informing about cancellation well 1 week in advance so be careful before you pay advance

It's a good place to stay during transit, and it's best to book directly by calling the hotel. The washroom was very clean, and the breakfast offered a decent variety. However, the bedsheets and pillows could have been cleaner. The room was spacious, and we had parking available, although it can be challenging to find parking at night due to the influx of restaurant guests. The restaurant, which features an open sky setting offers good food.

Not good Never book again.. Before there were not much options. Now too many hotels near highway is available.. Too far from bangalore highway.... Take extra money with out providing additional bed. Website was showing 3 adults can stay... But after reached hotel they asked for more money.. As i booked given my name only for family of 2 adults and 2 kids... The staff demanded more money for a night stay for 8-9 hours charged 5250/- wo break fast. Very bad experience... Normal rooms.
