Hotel Pooja International

I had a disappointing experience at this establishment. Despite waiting for 10 minutes at my table, no waiter approached to take my order, even though staff members were present. To make matters worse, one of the staff members was seen serving food while chewing gutka, which is highly unprofessional. This reflects poorly on the service quality and hygiene standards. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly.

Service was pathetic, we have to request multiple times for drinking water. Breakfast was provided in the morning was from outside local shop wrapped in some newspaper. The sambar was in plastic bag & was stale in smell very bad. I never recommend this hotel ever.

Very friendly, courteous service. While returning again We stayed there only.All the staff members we're very friendly. Great Experience.

Don't go to this hotel...we are booking hall for meeting worth 1lakh...still they are not redy to give even one complementary room also...if we are redy to pay still they are tourchuring for on spot payment...not good service and they don't know how to treat coustomer..and the room also not good..that room is not worth for 3k... don't go..

It is a hopless hotel. No proper service... attenders are busy on mobile... not clean... l never suggest this hotel to anyone

It's a big hotel but the restaurant is not at all well maintained. It's unhygienic. The chairs and tables were dirty, not cleaned properly.

Excellent property with best hospitality but shockingly, worst service by restaurant. Management should consider that unprofessional services by restaurant is ruining down all best services by other hotel staffers ! Best Hotel requires basics (Fooding) too.
