The place is situated on the highway There is plenty of parking space available The rooms are clean and well maintained They are sufficiently large The AC was working properly The beds are soft and comfortable The balcony is a nice add-on to have to relax in the evening and enjoy the morning coffee The bathroom feels a bit cramped. The rain shower is a bit awkward for the small space. A wall mounted shower head would have been better The restaurant has only veg options. The food was decent and reasonably priced The room service was prompt and the staff was courteous The hotel is reasonably priced Would definitely recommend a stay

Good location on the highway, easily accessible from both sides. It's quiet even if it's on the highway. Rooms are nice and spacious. Bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Only drawback is that they don't accept cards, only cash and UPI.

Ok to stay for a night for a break if you are on road trip . Wash basin was leaking from bottom, shower and tap both were not functioning properly. Room atmosphere is good but needs maintenance .

Good Place to stay, the hotel is located on the express way, Rooms were neat and clean. Good option to relax if you are covering long distance. Google Map do give the direction to step down on service road, if you are coming from Hubali, you can skip that, as there is exact side way in front of hotel from the express way... (Optional - you can still follow the map :) )

best hotel to stay. rooms are very clean. receptionist is friendly. she allowed to do late checkout at 2:30pm. kamat restaurant is on ground floor. no need to go outside for food. hotel is exactly where service road can be joined. no need to drive on service road

Best place for a highway break. Its right on the higway for a pit stop. The best part is the rooms are affordable and super clean. They are spacious too. The staff is also very nice. Room tarrif can be anywhere between 2000 to 2500 rupees. I booked the same place for my return journey as well.

Pros: Good hotel if you want to have break and take some rest. Kamat restaurant is there so food is good. Cons: Linen and towels not upto the mark. Carry your own if possible. We stayed only for night.

They charged 3k as it was for three people rooms were clean.well maintained. I guess this is because it's newly built. It's very close to Highway. It has restaurant on the ground floor, which has delicious food.
