Anand Residency

We visited Anand Residency on the way to Pune from Bengaluru. It was late night but we were offered very good service. Car parking space with gated security was ice over cake. Humble staff. Good large clean rooms. Well maintained washroom. Front side view allowed to watch lovely sunrise. It has a quick byte restaurant. We enjoyed idli wada and good hot tea. Payment was online. Tarrif card was clear. Staff at reception and room service staff all were cooperative. Overall a good experience. Worth visiting again. Keep it up team Anand Residency.

Located at the centre. Rooms seem old style but well maintained. Easy access to nearby locations.

It was a good deal, just off KSRTC bus stand and neighborhood of state highway and spacious for car parking. Decent rooms and calm keeps you happy when you sleep. It has Veg/Non veg hotel '4seasons'

Had the best experience staying here. Very close to everything. Had made a bulk booking for the function and everything went on smooth. I heard that other customers were asked for a much higher amount than the actual per day charges(which needs to be verified). Also the receptionists have a very bad habit of taking full amounts plus some extra charge as advance payment, which is highly unlikely at any hotels that I have ever been to. Otherwise, the hotel is very good and much preferred over others nearby.

Very good hotel and excellent services at an economical price. No breakfast. Rooms are very near and clean.

We stayed here on our way back to bangalore from Goa. Non ac rooms were pretty spacious and clean and service is also good with reasonable price.

Worst Hotel i have ever seen..full money minded, completey cheating persons in the reception, wantedly charge for unnecessary activities
