Owner is friendly Food is good Service is okay

Had ordered dal khichadi I loved the it and it was packed properly it was hot and fresh I loved it

No any hygiene and no bill are receipt are not given by room boy they are asking more money if ur new visiters

Utterly disappointed with kind of toilets and hygiene. Everything seems worn out and old. Sink in bathroom was almost at the verge of getting broken into pieces. And also the ambience of lodge is destroyed by the kind of customers they allow to stay. It is used to be one of the best restaurants in town but now it's just disappointing.

From out side the building Looks like a 5start hotel and has oyo board. I din expect this frm oyo hotels as well. No proper door locks. I had to walk down 3floors every time to ask for some services like no hot water. I was with my family took 3 rooms with 9 members. When there was just warm water in one room the reception and service guy told to adjust as you atleast one room where you get water. To get there responses I had to walk 3 floors 10times. Pls have a look at the pic about cleanliness. Worst experience. If you really won't belive after looking at the pictures and still want to stay you'll have the same feeling I had.

This hotel is close to go Gumbaz. Rooms are spacious, AC rooms available. Limited parking available. Veg restaurant is closed here, so you don't get breakfast. However there is a Kamath restaurant nearby, which is very good for breakfast. We took AC room through OYO, while checking in the front desk person threatened not to make payment online, and insisted on cash payment. Then breakfast was included in our package, but he clearly declined "no breakfast". We dint have patience to fight neither with hotel nor with OYO, so checked in. Night around 1 PM, we couldnt sleep, reason - hundreds of mosquitoes attacked us. Spent 1 hr to evacuate all of them. When checked thr room thoughrally, I understand mosquitoes are entering through window gaps which doesn't not close completely due to TV cable is routed through the window gap There is bar and restaurant which serves decent food options in the evening. This is only plus point here, hence the 1 star rating.

The hotel staff were partial as we had booked hotel from Oyo. the pillows, bedsheets given were not cleaned, floor not cleaned, WiFi connection not working, Dustin garbage was not cleaned. staff were not disciplined in adhering to our request. we're only asking the basic things which we all look forward from a accommodation. we would advise you to make a right choice. Our experience was really bad, during the summer to stay cool we booked this and to our shock, the AC stopped working after an hour and never turned, we just could not sleep. And while the breakfast was included was not available even at 8, so we decided to have outside. And the guy was not courteous to even listen to our complaints, overall a bad experience we would like to forget
