OYO R K Residency

On 10th Feb 2024, I boarded the hotel and left for lunch @2.15 PM and when I Came back after lunch. My room's lock was broken and the mobile which was kept charging is missing. Worst service ever in OYO. The owner/Supervisor not at all responding to phone calls after that for raising police complaint

Worst room's no clean,bed, bed cover totally unclean.. Full smelling rooms toilet's. I'm gave rating - 1,-2-3-4-5-,& -n rating. Don't come RK Residency in nelamangala.

Staff broke the lock of room when I was out for some work.. and replied me saying that they thought I have checked out... and the person is fully drunk and his behaviour is completely odd The room is not clean at all the photos posted by management of the interior are fake... The fan is also like we don't know when it will fall the whole night there was no sleep because of the fan sound and it kept on shaking... Stayed here because there are no other options nearby please don't choose this property..

My worst experience there the booked rooms were given to someone else. There are only 3 rooms they use to cheat the money using Oyo and other online websites.

They don't have proper response, they don't pickup the call while we are in their spot , they steal money through online bookings ..
