Visited for a 2-day office team-building retreat with a group of 310 people. The resort has a large, spacious layout, clean rooms and polite, helpful staff (5/5). The food was tasty (4/5), and the overall atmosphere was excellent (5/5). Pool cleanliness was decent (4/5). I'm not sure about the pricing as it was arranged by the office, but based on the experience, it's definitely worth considering for a weekend getaway!

We had a fantastic time at our company's annual day celebration at Golden Palm Resort! The venue was perfect for our event, offering a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. The service provided by the employees was exceptional - they were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our experience and would highly recommend Golden Palm Resort for any corporate events or gatherings. Thank you for making our day special!

The place screams mediocrity everywhere due to its age and lack of maintenance. Most of the amenities like washrooms, tap etc had rust /cracks on them. 2 stars as food and pool were okayish. The pics are from the golden days of golden palms I feel as most of the items are there in the facility but a worn out aged version.

I am sad while giving this review. (And giving this review late.) This place used to be heaven. But now 1. Food: I am also vegetarian. But you can have good vegetarian (even across Indian cusine , forget about fusion). Why is everything taste like sugary and low quality now? 2. Party vibes: This was a great place to relax with a bit of mocktails on the side of pool. Dont know what that got knocked off. 3. Spa: Message is a beautiful thing. And always respectable. I had my first first massage in the resort. Absolutely professional folks. My last visit left me jarred. I cry what happened to this amazing place. Advice to management 1 Please define your target customer. If a Vegetarian like me doesnt fit your persona, then be it. But please be clear who you want to attract 2. Please think about cusine, chef and restaurant and party space.

We visited this resort for our team outing, and it's a lovely spot for team-building activities. The picturesque surroundings provided plenty of great photo opportunities. However, the food served was not up to the mark and could definitely be improved. Overall, it's a perfect place for a weekend getaway. The resort is huge with greenery and plenty of rooms. There was a lot of good plastic lying around, I think because of a wedding reception the previous day but that was very unpleasant. The pool is huge and decently well-maintained.

We had a family get together at this place last year. All of us enjoyed the stay. Rooms are clean. Surrounding, soo beautiful. Food was extremely delicious. Service is excellent. I would recommend this place for anyone.

Extremely disappointing experience -- Not recommended We stayed at The Golden Palms for a business visit, and unfortunately, the experience was far from what one would expect from a reputed resort. The food quality was poor, and the rooms were infested with mosquitoes, making the stay very uncomfortable. However, the most frustrating part was the complete mismanagement when it came to billing. We were issued an incorrect invoice, and despite multiple follow-ups, the resort staff kept delaying with excuses -- promising to send the corrected invoice "within an hour," which never happened. Even after finally receiving the invoice days later, the details were still wrong for both me and my colleagues from Belgium. They were understandably disappointed and surprised by such poor service standards, which reflects badly on hospitality expectations in India. When we followed up again, the resort claimed they did not have internet access -- an unacceptable excuse for any professional establishment today. As of now, we are still waiting for a correct invoice. Overall, very poor management, lack of accountability, and a total failure in basic guest services. I strongly advise others to consider the many other beautiful resorts in Bengaluru that actually value and respect their customers.

While rooms amd buildings are old, the rooms were neatly maintained in the block we stayed. We were on a family trip for a day, so we were expecting a calm and peaceful environment which we got it. Highlight of the property : it has as a huge pool, with a decent space allocated for kids. Room Service was bit slow at the rooms, but it is expected for a resort large in length and breadth. Took an Ala carte for lunch which was obviously costly but the taste was not so great. Service was very late as they claimed it was made on order. The buffet dinner (plz ensure it is free while booking as some sites offer only a free breakfast for this property) was good with lot of options. Only one or two non vegetarian dishes, so don't expect much on this. Morning breakfast was also good. No nearby god restaurants, if you want to step out. Limited play area options and the building could have been better maintained. Thankfully checked in late, no one offered welcome drinks while I saw the filled in glasses were just lying there since the afternoon just by closing it with a random cloth (don't claim them to be welcome drink please). Overall 1 star less, for a taken for granted service but it is definitely a 1 time visit if you got a steal deal offer.
