Treebo The Meridian

Location good. Rooms are good. Service not ok. Breakfast was included in the rate but nothing was available but for a couple of bread slices. Parking should be made available for more than 4 cars. We parked at the side of the property which was unpaved ground. Mirror should be provided in the bathroom.

Very average place. The rooms are basic and standard. They don't look like the pictures shown in their catalogue. For 1800 per day it is not worth it honestly. Service was fine, initially the reception would not even answer calls but after we made a complaint through treebo they were responsive. Breakfast is like eating in a hostel mess. They have 2-3 basic options and it looks like they have brought together some food and space as a make shift breakfast as there is no dining room or restaurant. They won't even provide toiletries until you specifically show them the treebo sign and then they bring it to you. First time we asked for toiletries they gave us a roll of toilet paper. And when we checked in, the room was swept but the floor was sticky. We asked to sweep it a second time post our complaint. Oh and the telephone in the room is for show. It doesn't work, you need to call their reception number from your personal phone. Washroom is also very very small, but thankfully this is clean. The house keeping staff did what we asked and they were good, but personally one would expect these things to be done without asking. They call it a luxury hotel and give it 3 star rating but I think by 3 star they mean 3 stars on Google reviews because it's definitely very very average, and clearly not a luxury hotel as they claim. I was quite unimpressed overall.

The worst hotel i have ever stayed in. Rooms smell like hell, washrooms are even stinkier. when they turn on the generator then your room will start smelling like Diesel. Mosquitoes here are bigger than flies and lets not talk about the behaviour of untrained staff they have. The whole night you will hear the noise of their pentry door banging because hotel staff have no etiquette and no worry about guests. Breakfast will have 3 items at max with lots of fruit flies sitting on fruits and breads. I have added pics for reference. The hotel is in no way a 3 star hotel. I will rate it a 1 star hotel. The owner is buying reviews to lure more and more people in hotel.

Stayed here for a few nights.. rooms are well-maintained and the restrooms are nice. Breakfast is not that good.. they only serve 2 things for main course along with bread-butter, tea and cut fruits. Ambience of the dining hall is not good at all - lot of noise from the open kitchen, generic plastic chairs and steel tables. Many mosquitos surrounding the cut fruits. Don't recommend eating here unless you want a quick snack. There is enough space for parking since there aren't many vehicles here. There are only two floors for rooms. There are no activities, indoor games or play areas for children. Don't get intimidated by the 'Luxury Hotel' in their name.

Not the best stay, we were allocated a room that had no windows and was stinking, but they sprayed room fraeshner and made us occupy the room. After a lot of complaining they gave us a room on the opposite side that was better, but we had to make such a big deal to get a new room. Also, the request to get breakfast early by even 30 mins at 8 am was not honoured, so we had to forego breakfast on all days since we had to leave early for sight seeing. The property is located centrally and has ample parking, but that is about it, not really recommended.

The rooms are very clean, tidy and cozy similar to what is shown in the video. I paid 1700/night with breakfast. There is no restaurant in this hotel they get breakfast from outside. They provided two types of bf(idli & upma or pulav & dosa) daily along with watermelon, toast and coffee. It is located on the outskirts and without much traffic. Very friendly staff. Car parking available, air conditioning room with wifi and tv. It was a very pleasant stay!!!! Thanks for the nice experience

Very bad experience during our stay. Rooms and washrooms were stinking. Breakfast serving was unhygienic with insects moving around the bread and jam servings. Food was cold and was bad in taste. Overall not worth the cost charged. Will share the review with make my trip as well since it is misleading customers through showing this as top 10 properties of chikmanglur which clearly it is not. Treebo should also review the property as per their standards as it is not meeting the general Treebo standard i have observed previously.

Its a great location within the town.. parking available, neatly maintained, helpful staff and good breakfast
