Rajhans Retreat

I recently stayed at Rajhans Retreat, and there are some good and bad stuff. The good: The food was nice, and the rooms looked aesthetic. It is served on time, with hot and fresh food. Once the food is empty, they are quick to refill. The area is also very aesthetic looking. The plants are well watered. The staff are very sweet, and responded quickly to whatever problems we had. They served with a smile at all times. The room is very spacious with big beds as well. But the bad: I don't understand how this is a three-star hotel. The beds and pillows had hair on them, which was later changed. There was no water in the bathroom at first, and though it was fixed quickly, the hot water never came despite waiting and filling four buckets. The flush was broken, which took 2 hours to fix - and we had to wait there doing nothing, and even then required holding down the button to work. The dining experience was not great either with dirty tables and animals roaming around, causing staff to chase them away with sticks. The property is poorly maintained, with overgrown grass. There are many cobwebs and spiders all around too. Also, all the activities like river rafting, zorbing, and boating are not at this resort. They are located 30 kilometers away at another resort, and there's no transportation provided. Guests have to drive there on their own and bear the petrol costs.

There is no option for zero start so given 1 star otherwise zero rating. Not maintaining hygiene. Not giving towel and soap . They are cleaning only the visible area and under bed is fully dusty and as per my assumption it was not cleaned from months. Not giving drinking Water'e. Washroom is worst and after 11pm no water supply to washroom . Food quality is very worst and before giving to guest they don't check the taste. Worst food Totally worst resort. Pls think twice before booking. Not like they show in photos .

Owner was abusive. If the Owner gets any new customer with higher price for the rooms then he'll ask you to check out even if it's been just 8 hours you've been checked in . Food quality is very low , found blood in the chicken pieces . No hygiene was maintained. They did not provide any towel or sanitary stuff until 1 pm in the afternoon. Green water inside the Swimming pool.

The pool was not maintained well.. we even could not use the pool during our stay. Buffet has very few food items with average quality. Rooms are good and well maintained. Friendly staff.

Rooms: dirty af rooms and washroom, we found a toilet brush kept in the sink of our washroom. Food: the worst food I've had in my life, it had bugs in it and the taste was really bad, be it the breakfast lunch or the dinner. Amenities: the swiming pool was really dirty, you can't do any adventure activities there, the rafting kayaking thing they mention is 30kms away from this place, that too on some other resorts, instead of staying here just stay at those resorts. Staff: behaviour wise they were decent but they seemed lost, didn't know how to function. Location: it has nothing close by, everything is far from this place. No rafting kayaking options around 30kms. Though the place looks phenomenal from outside nd in the pictures it's rather awful

I recently stayed here and overall had a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and attentive. However, there is an issue that I believe needs addressing. There are too many dogs roaming around the hotel, and unfortunately, they damaged our shoes that were left beside our room. When we brought this up with the management, they did not take responsibility for it. This was quite disappointing. I hope the management can address this issue for future guests.

Vet new and well maintained property. Wooden AC cottages are little bit compact in 1st floor. Food is good. Need more options in breakfast. Good indoor activities, campfire, swimming pool.
