Avoid This Place - Not Worth the Money or Time Had one of the most disappointing resort stays here. Right from the moment we tried to locate the property, things started going downhill--no proper signage and narrow access roads make getting there a hassle. Once inside, the problems only piled up. Rooms were barely equipped--no towels, no water, and a general lack of cleanliness. The bathrooms had a constant foul smell, and hygiene across the property seemed like an afterthought. The pool looked dirty and clearly wasn't maintained regularly. We didn't even feel safe using it. The food experience was just as bad--poorly cooked, with no variety, and definitely not fresh. Breakfast options were laughable--stale poori, undercooked items, and no basic beverages like tea or coffee included. Who serves breakfast without tea or coffee? What made things worse was the attitude of the staff. Zero professionalism, no courtesy, and any feedback was either ignored or met with excuses. It felt like guests were just a burden to them. Definitely not a place for families or groups. There's a serious lack of activities, no child-friendly options, and a complete absence of hospitality. Would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you want even a halfway decent experience.

Think Twice Before Booking Jungle Edge, Dandeli Sharing this just to help others--not here to argue with the management, because frankly, they're not open to feedback. Connectivity Issues - No WiFi, and they'll give you a bunch of reasons for it. If you question it, they'll suggest you try a better resort. Food Was a Letdown - Very limited options, and to make it worse, some of the food we were served was clearly spoiled. Poor Hygiene Standards - The pool and rain dance area looked unclean and poorly maintained. Odd Restrictions - After 11 PM, we were told to keep quiet, even though loud music from nearby resorts was clearly audible. Early Kitchen Shutdown - After 8:30 PM, you can't order anything. No prior notice--just a sudden rule. Unprofessional Approach - The staff didn't seem trained to handle concerns properly. They assumed we were just bargaining for a discount, even though we paid in full. They might come up with justifications later, but this is purely for fellow travelers to be aware before booking.

We had a wonderful experience at Jungle Edge Resort. All the amenities, Rooms, Pool, Food are excellent. Manager Danish is a humble and nice person who is ready to support all the time. Other staff also are polite. Must go to resort for nature lovers and who wants peaceful time to spend.

Food Quality: *Meals were bland and lacked variety.Buffet options are repeated. *Limited options for non-vegetarians. *There is unlimited no food for non vegetarian peoples and only one same dish in both afternoon and night. *There are no snacks provided during the tea time break. Cleanliness and Maintenance: *Staff support is not good and there is no response. *The swimming pool was very dirty and water looked cloudy. Environment & Ambiance: *Not as advertised - photos online were misleading. *Loud and chaotic environment, not relaxing at all. *Outdoor games are the worst maintenance and also damaged equipment. As our expectation.they is didn't mate the services. Please don't visit this resort.

Had a pleasant experience at Jungle edge resort. We went with family and the place is very neat and clean. Food is tasty and served hot. Pruthvi and Team gave us a good hospitality and made our trip special. Thank you Jungle Edge !! Looking forward to visit again.

I don't have any feedback to the resort management. Because they are not ready to hear any concerns. Only to others, just to not go and trap there. 1. No wifi, you can hear so much reasons for that. Since it is a remote place, without wifi you can not connect. They will tell to book any other good resorts if you ask more. 2. No good food and verities. Also we got spoiled food for dinner and breakfast. 3. Small pool and rain dance. Not at all hygien. No clear water. 4. After 11 pm, they will tell us to not make much noise near camp fire area, mean time near by resorts DJ sound was audible. 5. After 8.30 pm (surprise rule), you can not get any dishes orders. 6. 100% unprofessional people. Don't keep any hope on them. When we told our concerns, they felt like we are raising this for reducing the fees, so we paid full amount without any discount taken. With their attitude, I am sure that some one will reply some excuses, and blame us. That's ok for me. But this is for others to refer.
