Worst Resort Experience - Not Worth a Visit I had an extremely disappointing experience at this resort. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that cleanliness and maintenance were not a priority. The rooms and common areas were not well-maintained, making for an uncomfortable stay. The food was another major letdown--bland, poorly cooked, and far from fresh. I expected at least decent meals, but even the basics were below average. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this resort to anyone. It doesn't even meet 5% of the expectations one would have from a decent resort. Definitely not worth the time or money. Would you like to add any specific details about your experience? VERY BAD START OF MY NEW YEAR ! All because of my experience in this resort. Please read other reviews before booking. I ignored them and booked this resort anyway and I'm regretting starting my new year with such a bad experience. 1. Smelly rooms and bedsheets. 2. Not so great food and not clean tables in the dining hall. 3. Dirty and smelling swimming pool with yellow water. 4. No indoor activities at all. 5. Entire resort is filled with cat and dog feaces. 6. No hot water or any basic sanitary things in the room. They took the entire amount as soon as we checked in. When we complained about the not-so-good things, he gave us some boating coupons. Unfortunately we were given the first room near to the kitchen area. We stayed for one night and that entire night some outsiders drank booze and were shouting using filthy languages. We had been there as a family and with kids. Kids and our sleep was totally disturbed due to the noise. What about the safety of the customers, if outsiders party like that ? What if those drunk men had caused any dangerous situation with us or any other people staying there ? Next day, NO BREAKFAST till 9:30 am because the staff were all drunk the previous night and didn't wake up. We are not sure if breakfast was served at all that day .!!!! After experiencing all this hell, we left the property with a lot of disappointment and anger around 9:30 am. After a lot of complaining and repeated messages the management has not shown any regret or professionalism. They didn't give me even the partial refund I asked for. The guy I booked this resort with told that google review are important for them and asked me to wait. I have waited for 1 month before posting here, thinking the management will make up for their mistake. As there is no response from the resort people, I'm putting my review here.

I have visited this resort. There is nothing like resort ideally. Following are the points one need to consider prior booking 1. Rooms are stinking, beddings were unhygienic with foul smell. 2. surroundings not spruced up. 3. cat or dog feces/ dropping kept lying from in to check out at main entrance door only. No one was bothered. 4. Water of pool also not very clean, pool is small and suitable for kids. 5. Condition of meals just satisfactory. 6. Location of this resort is also not very satisfying. 7. It gives a feeling of staying in dharmshala not sort of resort. 8. Activities includes pool, rain dance, camp fire like fire we use during winter at our homes. 9. No Wi-Fi, Television in the room was there but either not recharged or not working. 10. Nature walk is 15 min one way walk. Overall if I have to rate it by comparing it with resorts, it stands no where on any parameter. So if one is visiting this resort don't have too much expectations. My honest opinion about this resort.

This is not located besides river. Rooms are not so good. Bathroom are not maintained well. Water may not clean. Meals and dinner are not so good.

Yesterday I visited.no facility available of staying,swimming pool as shown in photos available on Google search.Food also unhygienic.rooms are smelling and dirty pillow covers and bedsheet laying out on the bed.i will suggest for all not to choose for staying

This resort is a good resort if you're planning to come with family or friends.

One off the worst residence in dandeli it's west off money. Food is not better TV is is not on. Management is not satisfaction to customers. Out said it's not clean... Totally it's worst and west off money.
