This place is an absolute disgrace. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. My room was crawling with bed bugs - I woke up itching and covered in bites. It's beyond gross and completely unacceptable for any place charging guests to stay. And the bathroom? A total nightmare. It smelled horrible, looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks, and had mold everywhere. The toilet was dirty, there was hair on the floor, and the shower looked like it belonged in a horror movie. I complained immediately, and guess what? They did NOTHING. No room change, no apology, and worst of all - NO REFUND. They clearly don't care about hygiene, safety, or customer service. This place should be shut down. Avoid it at all costs. If you value your health and money, do not book here. It's a scam and a serious health hazard.

I visited Dandeli Nature Mist with my family for a one-night stay, but we extended it to two nights because of the reasonable rates and enjoyable activities. The place is peaceful, surrounded by nature, and offers clean and comfortable stays. The staff was friendly, and we loved the activities like nature walks and adventure sports. It was a great experience, and I highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway!

If you want the greatest worst experience of your life please do visit here, For starters they will welcome you with the rooms with web nets all over the place with world class bedbugs and addition to that they have world class worst bathroom with no windows which will allow you to be covered in the same stencth untill the stay ends If you try to complain to the management about cleaniness they will be only talking over the phone inspite of you sitting and continuously trying to have a rational conversation with them. They dont want to bcoz they know they suck deeply in mantaining the place and its out of their hands. Not even worth staying and wasting a minute of our time. Not even worth reviewing it.

1/5 I was really excited to try the food here based on the menu, but it was a total letdown. and the sauce had no flavor. The service was slow, and when I mentioned the issue, the staff seemed uninterested in resolving it. The overall dining experience was disappointing, and I won't be coming back. 1/5 This resort looks great in photos, but it's far from what we expected. The rooms were outdated, and there was a persistent musty smell. The pool area worst , and there were not enough chairs for everyone. Staff was unfriendly, and we had issues with room cleanliness. For the price we paid, it wasn't worth it. Definitely not a place for a relaxing vacation. Worst experience

I had high expectations for this resort, but unfortunately, my stay was quite disappointing. The cleanliness of the rooms was not up to the mark, and the service was slow and unresponsive. The staff seemed uninterested in addressing concerns, and basic amenities were either not available or poorly maintained. The food quality was average at best, and overall, the experience did not justify the cost.

The best resort with all the amenities and services. The food they provide is extremely good and I would strongly recommend you to stay at this resort if you are planning to visit Dandeli. Budget friendly resort with complementary food .

Not a client friendly place to stay, for each and everything they will stop you from doing. 1.Asked for bonfire wood at 10.00 pm and they denied saying it is too late. 2.Asked for water and then they said to pickup from the dining area. They should provide water atleast near the room. 3. Arrogant owner however the support staff are good If you want to enjoy freely I would suggest you to find another place

Poor service. Rooms: they claim premium rooms, but provide substandard room, bathroom are not clean, they could not provide hot water during winters. worst service ever seen. Ambience : it's better not have any activities than providing broken TT table. Swimming pool has algae Food: poor hygiene, rats seen around the dying area Overall go to their chain of resorts at your own risk.
