Good location and food. Staff was very helpful. Mr. Sarfaraz gave very good tips around routes and things to do.

Good service, delicious food, cooperative team and nice place to stay. Would have appreciated if bathrooms were a bit more cleaner and nicer. Owner Anil is very helpful. One advice is put some money from your pocket in renovating the bathrooms.

I would like to split the rating. Room 3 out of 5. Don't expect luxury room. You are getting what you are paying. Food 4 out of 5. Food is very delicious. Feels like home food. Management 4 out of 5. Management is helpful. They will guide you the plan for the day.

Completely different from what pics show. We were a group of 6 people and booked a package through GNG group. The washroom wasn't clean. Blankets were dirty. Ants in entire washroom. Water was not clean. The service was poor. Don't have high expectations from food as well. The package was poorly organized by the owner. Even though the sightseeing was included in package we had to pay from our pockets. We were expecting facilities to be at least half the amount we paid for the package. Very disappointed.

We have booked the room after checking the photos online. Photos and actual rooms are completely contradictory. It was a very old room with bad maintenance. There was a power cut for more than 24 hours and no power back up for any of the rooms. No water supply to rooms and there was no way to charge the mobile Phones due to power cut. Home stay manager was not least bothered about the guest. After all these issues, they were not ready to reduce the cost of the package.

I have been travelling around the world. But this experience was not so pleasing. ||||Few observations: ||1. The rooms were quite and mattress were provided. ||2. There are different types of rooms. The dorms with public washrooms - they just have the dorm. And they have the dorms with attached bathrooms. They also provide tents and wooden cottages. ||3. In my opinion they could have done much better in maintaining the property. Havign said that, the property was clean. ||4. Hot water on demand. ||5. We had some issues with the property supervisors which we brought to their attention. We actually went there for birding. We contacted the property owner stating that we need a birding guide to which they said it will be arranged and later they confirmed the guide. That night when we started, we called the property manager and he said the birding guide has accepted another group for the morning so he will not be available. That really took us aback. We were not expecting this. This tells me that either they did not talk to the guide or simply wanted us to book their property thinking that we will forget about the guide. I am not sure what was going on in thier minds, but finally we landed there was no guide. ||We were given a room, decent and nice. We did not use the room though because we wanted to get to the field as soon as possible. ||||Later I spoke to the owner and he told that the property owner was never informed that we are looking for the guide which the manager was not able to get. He told if this would have been brought to his attention, he would have arranged for it. ||||Later we went to old magazine house and booked a room there for one day. We called the owner and told him that we will be staying here for 1 night and will do birding here. For the subsequent days, we will be there in his property. To our surprise when we came to the property the next day, the manager said that they wooden cabin was already given to some other guest. When we asked him why he did this, he said that he was not sure if we are going to come back or not. When we said we already spoke and informed the owner, he said he doesnt have any information about this. This tells me that they are out of connect. the property manager doesnt talk to the owner and the owner doesnt talk to the manager. some communication gap is there :-( what ever it is, it was not good for us. ||||The property manager offered us to go to his another property which was 30 KM away which obviously was not an option for us as we already had plans for the rest of the day. But it was kind of him to offer us. Really appreciate that gesture. ||||The manager started arguing, then finally i produced the bill which he gave us the previous day stating that we have booked these rooms. When we asked that you have charged us for these rooms and then given the rooms to some other guests, how do you want us to take it ? Finally he said it was a mistake and this should have not happened. ||||Later we moved into another dorm. ||||We already committed to the amount that was written in the invoice so we didnt say anything about the amount charged, but it was kind of them to reduce one day charge from our final bill. ||||The food was good. ||||In total, it was not a good experience having all these issues at this place. Had it been smooth, it would be very good. ||||And in my opinion, they can do a lot better on this property. Right now, it is just rooms with no adequate facilities. They have a lot of space and with careful planning and dedicated people who cares for their guests and has good hospitality sense, they can do a lot better. ||||Wishing them good luck :-)

Stayed for 2 days here...the price was pretty good....the food was amazing here. The people there were very accommodating and friendly. The owner told us why and all places are there to enjoy. Had a pretty good time. We got free jakuzzi ride and swimming in Kali river too thanks to the package offered here.

giving this one star just for food, except food nothing is okay here. public bathrooms are better than bathrooms over here, very unhygienic rooms. this place is meant for students and campers who are on budget and not really care about hygiene and are just to party. if you are looking for resort feel and to have good time with family then this is not the place.
