Dandeli Jungle Resort

We had a wonderful experience at the resort! Considering the per person tariff, the hospitality exceeded our expectations. The food was absolutely delicious and had a comforting, home-cooked taste that made us feel right at home. A special thanks to the Manager, Mr. Noul, who ensured our trip was smooth, enjoyable, and truly memorable. What impressed us the most was how well everything was managed within the cost -- from the stay and meals to the water activities. It's rare to find such great value for money these days. Thank you once again, Mr. Noul, for making our stay so enjoyable. Highly recommended!

1. Worst ambiance. 2. Worst food and staff behaviour 3. We felt like we were staying in a hostel. 4. No Proper guidance and there are no proper indoor games. 5. Misguided at the time of booking. 6. There is buffet system and we feel like it's limited food. 7. There is no proper wash room or dressing room near by swimming pool 8. Fans and beds are smelly. 9. Yesterday night white rice they have served today morning as Lemon rice and yesterday sambar as today sambar with Idly. 10. With Idly no Vada. 11. There is healthy food and limited chicken gravy. No starters in veg and Nonveg also 12. Tea is like Hot water and no snacks in the evening. 13. Using normal Tap water Overall Rating -5.

Our stay at the Dandeli Jungle Resort was absolutely wonderful. The location is breathtaking, offering the perfect blend of serenity and nature. The food was delicious and exceeded our expectations. The hospitality and service were exceptional, with the staff (Prashant and staff) going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. I would wholeheartedly recommend this resort to friends and family--it's an experience worth cherishing!"

The worst experience one can get from a hospitality industry. The major tick offs during our stay were: A. Room 1. Rooms and bathroom are ill maintained. 2. Main Door lock of the room wasn't functional and we would call the room boy everytime to open it. 3. No facility to dry your clothes. 4. No dust bin in the room. 5. Pillows are uncomfortable. B. Staff 1. The concentration of the room boys and other staff is more on tips by guests rather than service. 2. Discourteous staff. 3. Manager is not bothered and treats guests as if he is doing them a favour rather than understanding that the customer is the King for the service business. 4. Timelines for activity are not adhered to. 5. Did not share the phone number of the owner even after requesting several times. C. Activity/ Event's 1. Don't go as per their cited package because firstly the morning hike is a 1 km walk through a village to a stagnant water body which is smelly and waste of time. 2. Secondly, the ecology park and crocodile park is entirely to be organised by the guests and no support of the resort what so ever. 3. Bow and arrow and Carrom board is just for name sake. 4. Worst DJ you can ever experience. D. Food service 1. Breakfast includes Puri bhaji and bread jam. 2. Water also is not served at the table. 3. No provision to join tables for large family group. 4. Used plate bin kept next to the buffet system where you start to pickup your food. 5. Oily preparation. E. Common Area. 1. Dining hall washroom commode has no seat and water to flush. 2. You'll find clothes being dried at the swimming pool. 3. You have to force them to organise bonfire separately for your family/ group. 4. The water pond is non functional and in a filthy state. These are a few I can recall however there are many more. My strong recommendation not to waste your time and money in this resort.

One of the best resort in locality, received good hospitality! Food was good only BBQ was not good, may be due to poor management, but overall experience was good! little costly booked 1 room and a tent in around 12K

Not only is it on the outskirts of Dandeli but also the room quality is quite disappointing. They do arrange for water activities and all well, though.

This resort is not suitable for adventurous games. Only the rooms, food and swimming pool are good. There is no WiFi connection to all the rooms.

It was a wonderful stay. Staff are incredibly friendly and the accomodations were comfortable. Had a great stay. Highly recommended
