Dandeli Hidden Valley

Location is in the midst of the jungle where you need to travel 5 km into jungle from main road where there are no street lights and narrow road ,avoid travelling at night or travel safely.River rafting location Ganesh gudi is 18 km far from here .Local transport is only available in dandeli . Non veg meals in the sense either an egg or chicken not both .Breakfast are usually poha or idly with pasta having average taste .Overall dont expect much with food. Complimentary river activities were provided as promised but they only give a paper with details of the place ,they dont accompany you ! Rooms are not as exotic as shown in pictures,we booked a dormitory type room which was again average ,with spider webs in every corner and quiet amount dust filled on walls,No toiletry and towel were given.not worth the hype . Regarding activities inside the resort ,there is a swimming pool not maintained well,Archery with just one arrow and broken .No indoor games like carrom or other activities as stated by the staff. They provide you with volley ball ,foot ball and cricket bat and all only one in number. Overall it was an okayish experience ,I highly recommend to stay not more than one day ,we were charged with 1200 Rs per person which I think is priced 150 to 200 high.

We visited your resort on the 30th of December with a group of 12 adults and 4 children. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing due to the following issues: 1. Poor service: Despite paying the full amount before check-in, the service provided was far below expectations. 2. Lack of basic amenities: We were not provided with water for bathing. 3. Unhygienic conditions: The bathrooms were stinky and lacked proper hygiene. 4. Substandard meals: Dinner was inadequate, with insufficient food for everyone. Moreover, vegetables meant for breakfast were served instead. Such unprofessional behavior and poor management left us highly dissatisfied. We will not recommend this resort to others and suggest addressing these issues immediately to improve your service

Location: The location is fine. Hospitality: The worst I've ever experienced. Staff were unwelcoming and showed hostility when asked for basic services. Room Maintenance: Terrible. Sheets were not changed, smelled bad, and the room was filled with insects. The so-called "White House" was advertised for a premium experience. Dining: Unhygienic. Staff gave hostile looks when asked to clean the dining table before eating. Food quality is way below average. A MUST AVOID PLACE!!

I had been here with my family on 24th December .Let me tell you this is really a bad place to spend your time with family. a) This place is in deep forest with absolutely no proper directions. b) Even we dont get phone signal in this resort. c) Rooms were not cleaned before we reached the hotel. we were made to wait for almost 1 hr. d) This resort has a office cum restaurant with no proper facilities. Even soda , cold drink bottles are not available. We had to wait for soda for almost a day. e) Food is very spicy and they dont even have any additional options for food items. f) The manager and other staff are helpful. g) No proper hot water for bathing is available in afternoon / evening. h) Also the packages which they provide are not up to the mark. i) The swimming pool is not cleaned . j) Inspite of paying the advance we were made to pay the total booking amount before we even checked in the room. k) The tables in the restaurant tables were not cleaned. We had to tell the staff to clean it. Overall a pathetic experience in this resort. Also the most important part is all the water sports are 22 kms away from this resort.

The location and the rooms are good. You will not get a proper mobile network and good wifi here. Staffs are also good. The overall experience was good.

Hidden valley resort is the ultimate dandeli jungle resort experience! The forest views, peaceful atmosphere, and relaxing vibes make it unforgettable.....

Worst experience in my life till now... no proper welcome we had...no good food..no too much bad staff they are not experienced only

We came with our college students, so it's excellent and enjoyable place, and every staffs are cooperative and special thanks to Vinod Kumar ( manager). , so we prefer every one to visit once,
