Bison River Resort

I will suggest not to consider this place. Rooms are not cleaned and stinking. Very poor management in water activities. They will say yes at the time of room booking but no management while taking water activities. It will make your experience worst. No one cares even if you raise complaint. Our money was wasted in activities.

Really not a great experience. The rooms are old, and the staff have a serious attitude. If you're okay with following all their rules and staying quiet, then you might manage. No food at your own time, and they don't care about your needs. The staff only show up after 9 AM, so you're pretty much on your own until then. Also, no water in the room. They charge way more than what they actually offer in terms of service

Resort location is good. Rooms are very bad not hygienic for stay, not safe for stay. Windows don't close. Rooms are very dirty. Broken electrical fittings. Very old Rooms and resort. On internet they have mentioned full amenities but at actual no amenity is available even no wifi connectivity. No proper mobile netwok. No hot water is available on time we have request 2 to 3 timesfor it then after 2 hours it will get available. Staff is very non professional they don't listen to guest. Overall my experience is very bad. Water sport activities are good. My suggestion not to choose it.

We had worst experience, front desk people will not respond. Staff is always fighting with tourists because they didn't give proper facilities for what we paid. This resort like a generic place where all other resort people will enter to this resort for water activities, hence we won't get chances for water activities.

The online booking system was incredibly user-friendly, with a clear overview of room options and amenities and other price structure. We were able to easily customize our stay based on our needs and preferences.

Very very bad experience. Rooms are having stinking smell. Room service is very poor. Food quality is worst with very limited items. No wi-fi facility. In Rooms floor tiles are broken . Free coupons for Water activities were not given at the time of check in and also no information about it was provided. For each activity the guest has to go to the reception to collect the coupon. No arrangements are done for the comfort of the guest. Overall the trip was a disaster spoiling the holiday spirit!!!

We had a wonderful experience at Bison River resort. They have water sports activities at the property itself. Special shout out to Sarfaraz and his team for managing the activities for our group. Our guide Imran specifically was very helpful and he made sure that we enjoyed and that too with all the precautions. There is rush on the weekend but they managed all the activities exceptionally well. Definitely recommend for the stay. As for the rooms, they need lot of improvement (like AC not working) but the property and outside surrounding is so beautiful that you'd hardly spend any time inside the room.
