The best resort in Dandeli. Location as well as ambience but giving 4 rating for 2 reasons 1. Non veg main course in dinner was chicken Manchurian how could someone eat chicken Manchurian with chapati totally disappointed. But other dishes were good afternoon non veg was also good. 2. When it comes to activities. Badminton rackets were not in playing condition Table tennis only 3 bats were available when we wanted to play 4 those 3 were also not in good condition. Will definitely recomend this resort & we will definitely stay here next time

I wanted to share some feedback regarding our recent stay at your resort last week, where we booked three Deluxe AC Cottages for a two-night, three-day package. Firstly, I would like to commend the location of the property, which is very good, and I would rate it 4 out of 5. However, we faced several issues during our stay that impacted our overall experience. Unfortunately, the room service was very disappointing. The rooms were not properly cleaned, with spider nests, lizards, and even rats present. Additionally, the main door locks were not working, which raised concerns about security. Despite bringing these issues to the management's attention, we felt that our concerns were not taken seriously, as no cleaning was performed after other guests checked out. For the rooms, I would rate them 2 out of 5 due to these cleanliness and safety issues. Regarding the food, I must express my disappointment in the limited options available and the taste, which was unfortunately very poor. Another important point to note is that the only functioning mobile network in the Dandeli surrounding areas is BSNL, which made it challenging to stay connected unless we relied solely on the resort's Wi-Fi. Moreover, the pool and jacuzzi facilities were not maintained properly; we noticed insects in the water and were unsure when the water was last changed. Lastly, we encountered multiple power issues during our stay, which affected the functionality of the air conditioning. Given these experiences, I would rate the overall resort experience at 2.5 out of 5. I hope that this feedback can assist you in making the necessary improvements for future guests. Worst place ever. Don't get fooled by watching insta reels. Dirty bed sheets, dirty bathrooms, none of the amenities work. Pool was in a dirty slimy condition. Badminton racquets were broken. Cycles were not in good condition. They looted us

Perfect holiday destination. Not so crowded and peaceful stay. There's room for improvement but they are working on it. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I want to write this review not because of Rooms or ambience. I'm writing this review cos of Poor response. I tried calling them to book a Cottage, first they disconnected my call then they spammed my inbox with lot of photos of rooms and rate, which I already knew by seeing there Google site. I want to know specific information and other payment queries. They didn't reply back for my text nor called me back. I also gave second call they disconnected even that ( looks like they appointed Robot which only disconnects calls and bookings) I feel they have enough customers to fill there pockets Too much of Ignorant attitude is not Good for your business. It's better to find some place, where people are matter more than there idiotic process.
