SPOT ON 36592 Durgada Siri Palace

I have stayed in this hotel many times. It is one of the best hotel in the town (for the local people). But for me worst. Rooms, property are neat. Bedding is poor(hard). Bathroom has bucket and mug. I never seen like this in any hotel . Reception staffs are rude. Don't eat complimentary food, because they serve it in the backyard of the hotel (they call it pool side) . Better you can have at their veg restaurant, which is very good. No option in the town except this hotel.

Rooms were large and spacious but badly need maintenance...Wash basins, cloth hangers all needed repairs...plus bed sheet provided was not clean. The staff is not bothered to take care of the guest. ||||Pros - good location, decent restaurant for food. ||||Chitradurga doesn't have a lot of options to stay and these people know that and hence the lack of maintenance and hospitality

I stayed 2nd time but so nonsense staff and service, no proper cleaning, hard bed and dirty bed sheets, even no good fan. Service is very third class even after one and half hour will not supply the food. No complimentary breakfast is available. dirty and old towels is available, which not able to touch. Staff also very uncultured staff

We stayed in this hotel while attending Marriage function.Chitradurga is not very big place,avaibility of hotels are also limited.Dont except very luxury property over here.||||This hotel is very big and having car parking space also. Although it is excellent establishment then also they are not much active with travel websites. To book this hotel you can go to hotel website or by ph call only. ||||I booked this hotel on the spot, dint get Ac room,stayed in non ac room.||Rooms are realy good ,specious and having well maintenance. Ac rooms are having balcony also. Didnt take food over here so no idea about the food quality but resturents are looking nice from outside.||Hotel staf are good but not very profesional, fulfilling the basis requirements only. ||||Overall it is one of the best property in chitradurge having good ,specious, clean rooms,resturents & car parking. It is recomended for highway travellers also as it is very near to NH( 500 Mtr).||||Rooms & ambiance is definately better than Hotel Naven as i visited both the hotels.

The hotel charges almost 2k for single occupancy. Ac doesn't work properly and no fan available. Their service include complementary breakfast , two old or unwashed towels and one soap. No shampoo, shaving amenities, tooth paste nothing. Very rude staff. Unclean premises. Breakfast area will make you pukish

I had booked for one of my friend, single stay. Every time he checked in they veried how many stayed in his room. The staff humilated the person. If an educated IT person is treated this way, not sure how they treat other visiters.

I had the worst experience of my life to stay in this hotel. There is only one staff who does check in, check out, takes house keeping calls, takes room dining calls etc. I got a room without water, towel, glasses. It took 50 minutes for me to get water and towel. Over and above staff is horrendous who will not shrug from shouting and bullying over guests.||Worst experience...

Hotel is good .. But the service standards needs to be focused upon... Breakfast buffet is nice.... Staff needs to go through basic hospitality training.... Swimming pool is very nice and hotel Ambience is good.
