Hotel Durgada Siri

Absolutely Very poor, behaviour and service by that non veg section captain. It is requested to the customers don't listen (food captain) his advice for food ordering otherwise he will guide u costly menu. Ambience is very poor.

Will not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families. My experience was below average, starting from room booking till check out. None of the staff are trained here and they don't know how to treat a customer. Basic necessities like kettle, toiletries (soap, shampoo, tissue) were not provided. Room was having smoked up smell, AC did not have remote and was placed high. Service quality is below average. Coming to food, the complementary breakfast was very bad.All items were too oily and some of us has stomach upset after having food here.Maintenance of the garden area is very bad and we could see torn, untidy sofas there.This place is mostly filled with non vegetarians and alcoholics and smokers. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I ordered nati koli chicken curry with plain dose. Both were very badly prepared. Can't believe the dosa they made. Both the preparations were not just bad, they were horrible. Couldn't eat. Left unfinished & ordered vegetarian pulao, it was dripping with oil. Durgada Siri I has lost its charm. Don't go there, even if you are offered free meals. Very bad cook, very bad taste.

AC rooms from 2k. Best not to have any expectations. Pros : location, food, parking, Staff behaviour, room size. Cons : slow service, basic amenities missing in room like no glass for drinking water, forget toiletries except a soap, worn out towels, stained pillow covers, foul smell etc.

Clean and spacious rooms. Friendly and responsive staff. Hot water is available only between 6:30 to 11 AM. When we asked to make some arrangements to give our 1 year old a bath, they sent us two large jugs of hot water. This was sufficient to mix with the tap water and give her a quick bath. Restaurant food is ok ok. Complimentary breakfast spread is decent for a hotel of this size and budget.

Review is solely of the restaurant visited. I had ordered nati koli curry, but the dish was mixed with broiler chicken pieces, and it was very salty. Kinda disappointed with the cost. Kali dosa was soft and good. Taste of food was okay when compared to the last times visited.

Absolutely disaster...the hotel is very unhygienic, uninterested staff and no basic amenities available in the rooms. Lot of issues with basic amenities like water supply, cleanliness in room, TV, Slippers not available in room. Much better options available at other hotels.

Staff are not trained well, they don't give proper information regarding complementary breakfast and hot water available timings.. They are least bothered give good service. This hotel is not recommended for families.
