MSV Residency

MSV Residency is located near Reliance Smart at Bangalore Road, Kanampalli Layout, Chintamani, Karnataka 563125. The hotel offers both Airconditioned Room Facility and Non Airconditioned Room Facility. The room is located around 9.3Km Distance from VP Palace a Wedding Mantapam Chintamani. The room quality was average and We faced several issues in functioning of AC Rooms and it was actually not working well and due to which we had to suffer in summer. Hotel staff was quit rude and not helpful. No proper parking place and restaurant available inside the hotel. Even ambiance is poor and poorly maintained

For emergency stage is OK, still hygiene need to maintain.

Spacious, hygiene hotel. Had huge queens sized beds within room, with led tv. Bathroom is western commode and spacious too. Parking is on side lane and can fit up to 4 to 5 cars. Hotel is just above reliance smart supermarket with entry from side lane. Lift is fully operational and looks clean too. Many power socket points .

This is the worst hotel i have ever seen, room was ok . There was no hot water and next he showed us 2 different rooms and finally got hot water in one of the rooms. He takes the complete room rent in advance and he doesn't respond properly when we inform the care taker there is no hot water. The worst part is connection valve for hot and cold is reversed. I recommend don't waste your money here. Please find a better place for your self

Worst service with no ventilation in some rooms. And even the toilets uncleaned.

Location is good rooms are not that clean its a new hotel but the management can do better ac was not working checked almost all the rooms i hope they've fixed them by now staff was very friendly and helpful

The rooms are clean, well maintained and standard size. It is located on the main road and convenient place. Staff were friendly and welcoming

Hotel is very neat, clean and dam new hotel...suit room is fentastic and cheep...one can enjoy the hot water tub bating...hospetaliti is excellent..worthy to write the review about this hotel...I strongly suggest all customers to stay in this hotel and enjoy your stay...
