One the best stays we've been after a very long time. Place is situated in midst of a coffee estate. Well maintained swimming pool with a private stream nearby. With rooms well maintained. Overall the highlight of our stay was the food and the service. Very thankful to Mr.Nandish and co for taking good care of us. Will definitely visit again :)

The views from the swimming pool are simply stunning, and the bonfire and open campfire facilities add to the charm. What's more, the prices are very reasonable, making it an excellent value for money. The crew members and staff provide exceptional hospitality, ensuring a truly impressing experience. The food is also outstanding, with delicious and mouthwatering breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. Overall, I highly recommend Aayana Valley for a tranquil and relaxing getaway. It's a perfect haven to rejuvenate your senses and create unforgettable memories!

We had an amazing experience at this resort! The staff was extremely well-behaved and hospitable, making our stay even more enjoyable. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety and rich flavors. The resort is beautifully maintained, offering a peaceful and relaxing ambiance. One thing to note--there's no mobile network, which makes it a perfect place to disconnect and unwind. Highly recommended for a refreshing getaway!

Overall(2/5): I cannot recommend this resort due to a combination of poor service, ill-maintained facilities, and questionable practices. The only positives were the natural surroundings and weather. The resort is significantly overpriced for what it offers. First Impressions/Check-in(1/5): My initial impression was very negative. The check-in process was highly unusual and concerning. The resort insisted on full payment at the time of check-in, despite us having already paid half the amount as an advance. This is not standard practice and made us feel uneasy from the start. Rooms(1.5/5): The rooms were extremely disappointing (1/5 stars). They were poorly maintained and lacked even basic amenities. We were provided only with a bed, pillow, and blanket. Essentials such as a small table, chairs, soap, toothpaste, and towels were only provided upon request. Facilities/Activities(2/5): The facilities and activities were generally poorly maintained: Games and Activities (2/5 stars): The games and activities were not well-maintained. For example, the area designated for outdoor games like cricket was also used as a guest vehicle parking area, rendering it unsuitable for playing. Indoor Games(1.5/5): No maintenance. Pool (3/5 stars): The pool was okay but consistently crowded. Private Stream (2/5 stars): The private stream was a letdown. Visiting in May, we found it to be small with very little water. Its condition is clearly heavily dependent on the season. Campfire (2.5/5 stars): The campfire setup was not family-friendly. It was essentially an open area where guests were drinking alcohol, and there was only a single campfire for all guests. Food(3.5/5): The food quality was inconsistent: Lunch: 4/5 stars (decent) Evening Snacks: 1/5 star (too oily) Dinner: 2/5 stars (okay) Starters: Taste was decent, but overpriced (not included in package) Morning Breakfast: 3.5/5 stars (decent) Tea/Coffee: Good Service(1.5/5): Service was not up to par. Staff seemed reactive rather than proactive, as evidenced by the need to request basic room amenities. Value(2/5): The resort is significantly overpriced. The quality of the accommodations, facilities, and service does not justify the cost. Positive Aspects: The only positive aspects of the resort were the natural surroundings and the weather, which are, of course, beyond the resort's control. Recommendation: I would not recommend this resort, and I would not stay here again.

Food is very tasty, staff are highly co-operative, rooms and toilets are clean but look a bit old Overall if you look for a homestay, its very good but not so if you have resort thoughts in mind They arrange for jeep to visit nearby scenic spots

The property ia located amidst lush greenary offering a beautiful valley view. The rooms are quite simple and neat and offer picturistique view of the valley ranging across deluxe, VIP suite and so on. Big shutout to the amazing staff for their polite and prompt service.
