Hotel Royal Comforts

Rooms wer clean but no toiletries were provided. Food was worst. Cleaners and servers hv no common sense to knock the door and they enter directly. Evn wen asked to stay there one of the lady simply walked in and the server simply gets some other juice instead of wat was asked. He also observed whole room wen came inside both rhe times. I dono wat was that!! I had left one of my phone by mistake in the room. Came back in an hour and it was not there in the room. The room was as it is and not cleaned. I clearly remember i had kept in near the pillow while sleeping as I use it only watch netflix and insta hence forgot later. Bt the phn was missing from there. Wen asked the manager he said none of helpers take the phn bt still inquire. Dint insisted on checking immediately so we asked for camera footage wer we cud see a guy entering and returing after 5 mins yet the manager was not ready to check wit him. Kept telling the nobody here are like tat. Later we had to obtain assistance from find my phone and the location said it is in hotel. Later made the phone ring through find my phn which rang loudly from a store room in the hotel and it was kept under the generator. Oly afterwhich the manager begs saying sorry and not take any action or post on social media as it impacts their hotel.

Very bad food. It gave us food poison and admitted in hospital for a week. avoid going to this hotel
