I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly rude and judgmental, making me and my partner feel unwelcome the moment we arrived. They were dismissive and unprofessional, which was extremely uncomfortable. It's clear this hotel isn't couple-friendly, as they made us feel like we were being scrutinized. The overall atmosphere was cold and uninviting, and it really ruined our stay. I definitely won't be coming back and wouldn't recommend it to any couples.

Worst hotel in the Chikmangalur.while online booking they said couples friendly when we came to checkin the receptionist was very rude and not allowing to checkin

Pros: - The room is very clean. - Comfortable beds and well-maintained furnishings contribute to a pleasant stay. - It's close to the bus stand. - Recommended for families if looking for a single-room stay. Cons: - I stayed with 5 friends in a room that had only one bathroom. This should have been improved. - There was no AC. - The space wasn't sufficient for eating outside food with friends, so I had to go out for meals. My over all rating - 3.5/5

It was the worst decision to stay in this hotel. Service - Very bad service. They are knocking the door at 5am in the Morning to checkout. Very rude behaviour. Room- Room maintenance was bad. Break in window Not good for family

This was one of the worst stays of my life. The bedsheet had holes in them. Mattress was very dirty. Even the blankets had holes. Don't even think about any hospitality. The manager does not even do his job. I had to ask him 7 times to get an extra bed and bedsheet. Even after he gave. He did not have common courtesy to make the bed and give. Washrooms are extreamly dirty. We had booked an AC room but got a standard room. Don't stay in this place unless you have absolutely no other choice

Stayed here with family. Booked 2 rooms. In both room bed spreads in hole. No drinking water provided. No wifi available. Not worth for money what we given. Good thing was individual geyser in rooms and you can find this hotel location easily. It is located near by ksrtc bus stand.

Worst stay n Chikamagaluru.. Pls avoid the place.. Local &3rd class lodge.. Unclean bathrooms.. no hot water.. taps won't work.. Poor bed and blankets.. nothing arranment for keeping language.. finally you will not see anything here which shown in online.

Rooms are small okay for 2 adults not for 3. Beside bus stand, so locations approachable. Staff is good but need improvement in bedsheet cleanliness. Hot water available. Though escalator is available but was not working. Power fluctuations almost 5 times in one evening.
