Treebo Sunrise,Ig Road

I booked this room directly from Treebo. Paid 50% on booking and was asked to pay balance (50%) amount even before showing me the room.. else I wouldn't have paid. I had a horrible stay in this hotel. We shouldn't even call it a hotel. It is more of a Dharamshala with amenities. I checked 2 rooms, each one had one or the other issues... stayed in one with less issues. Room - Spacious & Big - King size bed, 3 seater Sofa & Table - Damaged roof (False ceiling) - Very Poor and very Thin curtains ... Couldn't sleep during the day - Intercom not working - make Call to reception from your mobile only. Parking (Underground) - max 7 cars, but 5/7 cars will be blocked and can't be taken out. Amenities - Minimal and damaged. AC not working properly, Cupboard was not proper in terms of working - got couple of scratches on my arms. Light not working properly (some fused lights), No fan, plastic chair, Damaged hot water kettle (broken lid) - No AC / Fan in sitting area (Sofa) - Crockery - 2 glasses, 1 tea cup, No spoon. When asked for cup & spoon, he gave disposable spoons. Bathroom - Spacious - Bathtub with no valve closure for holding water (got from other room) - No Shampoo - Shower - Fully rusted - 2 bath Towels, but no Hand-towels - Flickering lights - You can get smell of kitchen in your bathroom. - Toilet Commode is placed in corner with a glass wall in front & is very congested for a tall (6 ft) or Fat person to sit. Restaurant (Pure Veg) - In Hotel premises, but no Room service. You on your own can take it to the room - Taste was good. - Breakfast included is Combo plate with bare minimum quantity (1 idly, 1 small uttapam, 1 tea spoon upma, 1 poori, 50ml coffee) No extra serving. You have to buy separately anything extra. - Service - Just serving - Ambience - not better than any road side shop. Recommendation: I DO NOT recommend this hotel. I paid Rs 2800/- per night

We had had horrible stay in this hotel We shouldn't even call it a hotel. 1 room had 2 king-size bed and for 1bed there was not even ac or fan ... and couldn't sleep bc of bed bugs and random stains.... When we entered it smelled like some chicken dish..... Stains on towels on bed and on bedsheets....... We checked 2 rooms, each one had one or the other issues...... Intercom not working Make call to reception from your mobile only. Parking underground -max cars 7, but 5/7 cars will be blocked and can't be taken out... Service just serving Ambience not better than any road side shop I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL....

Cons: * Poor Bed Quality: The bed is uncomfortable, which could impact sleep quality. * Limited Breakfast Portions: While included, the breakfast servings are minimal, so don't expect a full meal. * Rat noises from AC. Overall Verdict: If you keep your expectations modest, this hotel can be a decent budget option with good service and a great location. Perfect for short stays or travelers prioritizing affordability over luxury.

The amenities were completely unacceptable. The air conditioning in our room barely worked, and the rooms and basements looked like it hadn't been cleaned in Months( Rat rotten smell), very horrible experience, false ceiling, Damaged fittings in washrooms, towels are old ,and dirty , bottle r not clean and used plastic,worst room ever , very bad for stay , nothing is clean and safe , unhygienic place ,worst culture, very bad experience like hell , so many things happened can't type here but very bad horrible experience waste of money , trust me false ceiling god it might take anyone life's at anytime so be aware of this ,don't go here

If u want to stay in town and come for some professional work this hotel is ok to stay, not for tourists who come here for pleasant stay. There is no room service, heat water too is kind of rationing, limited service boys that too kind of unprofessional.

Location and hotel is fine but service is very bad.. rooms and bathrooms are not maintained properly.. AC maintenance is also not done. poor room service.. no water refilling and room ckeaning provided after multiile followups. bathrooms are in extremely bad condition.

It was a worst experience for me and my family. The room is not even clean. The receptionists are very rude. The location is very bad. I recommend if any is going for a trip to chickmanglore try to don't book this hotel.

Very bad hygiene, bathrooms was too dirty and was unable to stop water from tap. Bed sheets were not clean, - Complementary Breakfast They are so mean that the breakfast portion was too small, 1 idli, 1 poori, small dosa, 49 ml sambar, chatni,sagu And finally 39 ml tea Very pathetic mindset
