The experience over here was really good. The staff were friendly even though sometimes we had hard times communication due to language. The room we booked had 2 beds ac and a clean private bathroom which we really liked. The breakfast was also super good. The room has great value

I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay. The hotel fell short of expectations in several areas. The service was poor, with unhelpful staff, particularly at reception. There were frequent power outages and a lack of drinking water. The bedsheets and towels were unclean, and requests to change them were ignored. Despite booking details mentioning 2 hours of complementary checkout extension, the hotel owner refused to accommodate even a 30-minute extension, causing us to miss planned activities. The WiFi connection was also weak and unreliable. Overall, the experience was subpar, and it is not 3 star hotel.

The breakfast was really bad. It was difficult to communicate with receptionist as he only spoke kannada. Our requests for any booked facility (towels, dental kit etc.) were ignored.

I just watched a video about your hotel, and I must say, you really need to either train your staff or replace them. Don't they know the basic manners of how to treat customers? Also, make sure the rooms are properly cleaned after every checkout before assigning them to new guests.

The rooms were good. Service and maintenance before check in is very bad. No towels, no water bottle, no cattle. We were N members and during check in post request only N-2 towels were provided and it was said no more towels. AC were turned off in the morning. The only positive was the hot water and after saying what is required each time, they provided it(but late). And in bathroom they was some drainage smell now and then which was irritating. Main problem was smoking smell near the lift area. They need to have some good check in process and pre check all the stuffs instead of the guests asking for it.
